A GDDR5 console worthy of this gen, that is what Scorpio is and that is what you current Xboners will all be buying day one. PS4 Pro is a luxury for PS4 owners, Scorpio is a NECESSITY for yous.

Yes of course, unless the development team of a game specifically target 720p resolution OR BELOW on Xbone. That is the only way a Scorpio game will manage to actually be impressive looking.
But there is a reason why Xbone has never had a game that comes even close to the likes of Horizon Zero Dawn, nah scratch that, Infamous Second Son, its just THAT underpowered.

And 2 and a half year old Shareplay is great on PlayStation too. Plenty of pressure on Microsoft since that basic PSN feature got implemented and nothing since from Xbox.
Sony already do "Directs". They just showed us an eye watering taste of Uncharted The Lost Legacy this week along with a release date. And it was instantly better than anything that was actually in that hyped up Nintendo Direct (seriously, since I didn't hear anything big I'm assuming there was nothing substantial in it).

@Sunny_D Exactly. Even the biggest casuals I know who, would never touch Battlefield, went nuts over Star Wars Battlefront. But then they were confused because it had those little crap offline set pieces. Like a 3 hour single player campaign would have changed that.

But it will make a difference. Nobody is denying that. Just nothing next gen in difference like a standard PS4 exclusive like Horizon Zero Dawn at native 1080p compared to a standard Xbone exclusive like ANYTHING on the console.

ND won't be able to top it until they do their next brand new IP after TLO2 Part II as it needs to be an open world game like their Jak and Daxter series in order to top Horizon. :)

We know this and you know they actually mean "big new games" i.e big games that will get millions to buy the console that were never on board before.
If the current games on the system to date aren't shifting consoles, how will that make a massive difference to Scorpio one way or the other?

And yet you COMPLETELY forget the Xbone was 100 quid more expensive too. Yeah, that had NOTHING to do with it, on top of it being very weak too (which shouldn't be a problem this time since Scorpio will easily be 399.99 or less with that CPU).
