Actually, Nintendo don't get somebody like Bluepoint Games to port their games over so it is most certainly halting the progress of new games when Nintendo remaster something like Wind Waker.

Hopefully with the extra platform like PS4 it doesn't take them over 7 years to get the game out on top of their usual dev cycle it took when they only worked on 1 console.
