That news from PAX was a dud though. Some guy was recording off screen at 60fps but the game on screen was clearly 30fps. It was reported at the time. FAILED STORY please.
Exactly, just focus on the standard PS4 as the average expectation mark. Standard PS4 owners STILL get to enjoy the stunning looking Horizon Zero Dawn at native full 1080p resolution with somewhat slight HDR too. Anything after that is an even bigger bonus.
The same can be applied to just about every other exclusive PS4 game this gen.

Yeah, I actually had a friend that, the week before Metal Gear Rising launched, thought it was a 360 exclusive because it was at the Xbox conference YEARS prior.
I jokingly had to tell him the game was actually exclusive to PS3 in Japan were they weren't even bothering with the 360 version over there.
That is down to my calculation earlier in the year that the impending approach of Scorpio is going to KILL Xbone sales fir next 9 months but have no effect what so ever on PS4 sales. :)
You know what the hilarious thing is? You people with your desperate comments on "games, games games" pointed towards PlayStation fans. I'm not saying that. I'm just happy to be getting some awesome games on PlayStation. Even some remasters like upcoming Wipeout and Crash Bandicoot are pretty sweet too.

How is it a 180 NOW though? They've been doing a 180 since the worse games console reveal in history on 21st May 2013. Going into E3 2014, 2015, Xbone fans have always been saying "its all about the games and the GAMEPLAY, NOT graphics".
What is Scorpio doing that is so different from Xbone?
Should be easy if Xbone will be able to run the game AT ALL. In fact, ANY game that Xbone can run should be very easy to get to 4K (not the 60fps so much with that similar CPU though).
Things like the animation systems or any oter super advanced tech potential will already be getting hit with massive compromises long before the game got into development anyway.
