It was the VGA 2016 disastrous reveal that did it for me. The game was supposed to be gold in 6 weeks time at that point and it looked NOWHERE finished.

Jaw dropping? For that CPU? Some people are shocked so easily. Hopefully at E3 there is a game shown for Scorpio that comes ANYWHERE close to Uncharted 4 in visuals. THEN you can drop your jaw at getting a machine that can do visuals like that for less than 400 quid.
Notice I didn't say The Last of Us Part II or Uncharted The Lost Legacy but a PS4 game that started development in early 2014, such is the expectations for Xbox.
Forza??? If nobody made the jump to Xbone this gen with FOUR Forza games so far, why the hell would another one do it now?
They DO "bundles" of Forza every single release, they are the ones priced around the EA style 110 quid.

So unbelievably bland. "Actual In-game Footage". No way, because I thought this looked like a deliberately awful looking prerendered CGI video with dodgy looking facial expressions and clunky stiff animations at times.
Thank goodness they confirmed that it was ingame videogame graphics for late 2017.
Exactly, not sure why the ME defense force are out again when they know it got lots of high undeserved reviews. An 8/10 just doesn't make any sense for this. Even without all the problems/glitches/awful animations this is not a 9/10 ME game regardless. Its a 7 BEFORE all the problems.
Yet so many reviewers gave it this score AND higher.
