And Sony a huge amount of good, PS4 was already looking a great buy but with the huge negativity surrounding the nextbox the PS4 is looking the better option everyday.

I have no doubt the always online is true, after the huge outcry M$ may be having second thoughts and are back peddling as we speak, if not especially if the other rumours are true as well, M$ really are taking the pee out of it's users.
All that and you are still charged for online, it's a joke but it's not even funny anymore.
To me it isn't all about the games but it is of course a major factor, but xbox could have the greatest games and I would never own one as I would never pay for online out of principle and if the rumours circling around the nextbox are true then it will show it's about more than just games.
xbox owners bring it on themselves paying for online was a green light for M$ to continue taking advantage, some people never learn and will defend it to the detriment of all gamers.

A high end PC can certainly be impressive but can also become tiring, I used to do all my gaming on a PC but got fed up of upgrading hardware, system maintenance, viruses and even then having problems with games not running for alsorts of reasons.
A console is straight forward and doesn't make me jump through hoops, a PC can be great but console's have many advantages over PC's too.
Free online should be expected not hoped for, continuing to support this crap is ridiculous .
The time it takes to complete this game your back log will be huge, but it will be so worth it.
PS+ truly is amazing value.
The majority of my games this gen have been exclusives, Heavenly Sword, Motorstorm 1&2, Warhawk, MGS, Killzone 2&3, Little big planet 1&2, Heavy Rain, Gran Tourismo, God of War, Demon Souls are just some off the top of my head with such quality and diversity I'm surprised you would doubt their appeal.

Funnily enough I bought one yesterday, I wanted to take advantage of the offers for the Vita on PS+ and I'm sure i't will play it's part when the PS4 is released, I don't think anyone should be concerned about the Vita's future it's just getting warmed up.
M$ biggest success this gen has been getting away with charging a subscription fee for people to access THIER internet, a success for M$ but a huge minus for gamers.
Unless that changes I will stick with the PS4 next gen and leave the mugs to pay the M$ internet tax.
PS+ is amazing value just as everyone has been saying so many games not enough time to play them, It amazes me how xbox owners think it's the same sort of subscription service M$ run.
One holds your internet to ransom and one gives you free games to play nothing like the same, oh well off to play some more Mass Effect 3.
In your opinion, their games offer something very different from the usual shooter and are a refreshing change for many, but I agree realism is important in their games probably more than any other, but that isnt for the sake of flashier graphics with will be the case with shooters etc, more to try and pull people into and make more real the story you are taking part in.

gamertk421, if M$ was offering your cross game chat etc and you saw £35 of value in it fine, but that is not what M$ are doing they know cross game chat etc is not worth the subscription fee for most so to force them into paying the subscription fee they block your internet access which you are paying your internet provider for.
