Your question was answered perfectly some people it seems are blind to whats staring them in the face, paying for vitua fighter,cross game chat etc is very different to paying again for your internet.
In answer to your question no I will never consider an xbox while you are forced to pay for online, thats what I pay my internet provider for and i'm not stupid enough to pay twice.

Free online is a must or I will never consider an xbox i'll leave paying twice for your internet to the mugs of this world, as for always online last weeks BBC's Click program said that they had asked M$ to confirm one way or another and they had reported back that always online is not part of their new console .

it's all opinions, but I have to point out that some of the most memorable and most played games for me this gen were Sony's early releases, Motorstorm, Warhawk, Little Big Planet and Heavenly sword were all absolute gems.

It has always amazed me that M$ get away with charging for a service they don't even own, people pay their internet provider for internet access and online but on the xbox M$ block it and demand money to get it back, such an obvious scam and why so many people accept it I have no idea.
M$ dont own the internet so people shouldn't put up with them restricting access.

I certainly don't mind paying for PS+ as it is a quality service offering excellent value, you on the other hand seem to think that paying your internet provider for you internet access then have it taken away by M$ who then charge you again to access it is acceptable when in reality it is the biggest scam this generation and you fell for it.

The thing is Blaze online is not a M$ service, you pay your internet provider for online, M$ just hijack it and hold it to ransom charging you again for something you have already paid for, why xbox owners defend such an obvious scam is beyond me.

I would agree with you if it was to save a bit on a game, but the truth is it isn't a game it's numurous games for free, already I have Darksiders, Infamous2, Space marines, dead space2, Mass effect 3, Bioshock 2, and many more, hardly a game as you put it.

I have no problem with a company charging for services they offer like cross game chat or free games etc, but for M$ to block your internet a service you are paying your internet provder then expect you to pay a subscription to get it back crazy.
online should be free as thats what your paying your internet provder for not M$, yet people accept the scam and even defend it,

I would just like to point out that 90% of my PS3 game collection is actually made up of the 10% of games only available on the PS3 and all without paying the online tax M$ charge.

Jek the reveal was a disaster, I'm not suprised in the least that there is no backward compatability, but to be honest that is the least of the problems with the xbox-one, as your aware I have always had a problem with M$ charging users again to use their internet, but now theres a fee for used games!!!!!! I can't believe that they actually did it suicide comes to mind.
M$ are doing huge damage to gaming surely people are not going to keep putting up with this crap....
