I have found some of the reviews for this game laughable almost as if there has been a concerted effort to downplay this game.
Everything I have see on streams is pointing to a beautiful fun racer and once online is fixed this game will do very well.
with weather to come this game will keep getting better.
I have no idea why the UK seems to be getting this game last, it's been frustrating watching all the live streams wanting to get my hands on this game.
the only good thing is the online will be sorted soon so should add even more and with the weather coming Driveclub gamers have a lot to look forward to.

Is it so much to ask that the more powerful hardware is used to it's potential, if the game runs the same on both machines you are clearly not doing that,
everyone knows the PS4 is the more capable console but you are not using the extra power available
Yes I would much prefer to earn the win myself but too many gamers would get frustrated with that and give up so understand why it's implemented.
It would be nice if they could disable it for people that might enjoy the challenge
I think it is fair to say I will be judging this game personally, some of the reviews have been frankly laughable.
I will be buying this game tomorrow ( the gameplay i'm seeing streamed looks super fun and challenging thats without online working and the weather patch)

Kinect became irrelevant as soon as MS started releasing xones without it.
All that goodness has obviously been too much for some people.
Well at least you guys can play the game it isn't out here till tomorrow, issues surrounding online will soon be fixed and forgotten so no big deal.
I'm looking forward to jumping into this game and if I have to put up with playing offline for a while no biggie at least i can hone my skills on the single player while they sort out things.

I know I'll be buying and enjoying this game from what I have seen being streamed.

Absolutely Abriel, I'm excited by this game the review scores are all over the place the people who will apprieciate this game most are the real racers.
If you want to be spoon fed your achievements racing but not really working for your victories Driveclub is (probably) not for you, if you want a challenge enjoy competition while doing that in a graphically very impressive game Drive club is out on it's own.

Say what you want but there is no denying the incredible graphics this game is pushing.
I was going to try the free PS+ version but the effort they have put into this game deserves my money and I will be buying it day one.
Sunset Overdrive may outsell DriveClub but only because Driveclub is available to download free (minus some tracks and cars) and many will be trying that first.
Having said that with the numbers the PS4 is doing compared to the xone, the obvious quality of Driveclub has every chance of doing big numbers
Car damage is visual it will not effect handling, Motorstorm was the same but didn't stop it being great fun.

As we have both come to understand Azz there is nothing the xone is doing that can't be done on the PS4,
The only console capable of of Driveclub is the PS4, Graphically as you point out it's amazing, gameplay time will tell but if it's half as much fun as Motorstorm (same developers) PS4 gamers will be having a blast with this game.

Had fun in home, until they fixed the glitches, but did meet some great people.
I'm not sure why anyone would be upset I always thought the next gen would be the end of Home on the PS3, thought maybe they might bring it to the PS4 but never thought the things would carry over.
Home was fun, time to move on.
This game is made for me, looking forward to it even more now.
Sony may give something extra away for all the online problems for the people who have actually paid for the game, all those waiting for the FREE PS+ version may feel a little aggrieved but it is being sorted and will be available soon enough and should just be patient.
The people who have bought the game are the ones Sony is owing most to but as long as they get all the features functioning soon theres enough in the single player to still make the game worthwhile.
