That is very revealing especially Considering the multiplayer isn't up and running properly yet, the people playing the game are loving it and with weather to come it will only keep getting better.

I have the game and its all about opinions, those that stick with this game take the time to unlock cars and come to grips with this games challenge will enjoy a very rewarding experience.
For those that want spoon fed victories try other games

Played the game over 20 hours now and it's mediocre at best.
Going by your comment history I doubt you have even held a PS4 controller let alone played this game
They spin out at the slightest touch of the brakes, and any attempt to spin them back around results in a full 360 turn instead!
LOL it isn't just me then, to be fair there are some decent cars that hold the road really well, I drove a ferrari today that had really great handling stick with it.
Venom I find that surprising, I have connected numerous times even joined a club today to not find the servers up and running at least once is very unlucky.
But once you are be ready for battle, I'll be waiting lol
PS+ version may be a while judging how the servers were up and down today, but when they are running this game is a blast,
every place hard fought and frenetic, choosing the right car making all the difference,

what "ps3 fiasco"? considering they launched a year after 360 and at a ridiculously high price.
the price for the PS3 was very good and great value when you consider it was the cheapest way into BLU-Ray at the time and offered a very capable gaming console too, it was what tempted me back to console gaming and I haven't look back since.
BLU Ray has since become a standard earning Sony (along with others) plenty of money in Royalties

Better game? depends on what you want from a racer, if you want cheap thrills fun races and spoon fed acheivments then Forza does that well.
If you enjoy a challenge, your wins hard earned in an enviroment that offering dynamic lighting in a beautiful world with an amazing sense of speed then Driveclub is for you.
Real racers will enjoy Driveclub it will test you as a racer.
No Evolution have stated the PS+ version will not be available till they have sorted out the online for the people who have purchased the game, so those waiting for the PS+ version will need to remain patient.
The online was available earlier (first time) but has now gone again, but at least I have hope they are nearing a solution.
I need to add was working for me, I just tried it again and the online is no longer available.
Oh well at least I got a chance to try it lol
This game has come in for some criticism some justified plenty not, the server issue has been the major problem but that is working for me now (UK at least)
The graphics are amazing and some of the racing can get quite competitive even in single player, the quick go I have had at Multiplayer was frenetic but fun, can't wait for the weather and other upgrades.

Just been playing Driveclub UK and it has literally just come up (For the first time since buying the game access to servers has just been restored) only me online at the moment lol.

Why it's Free anyway, the people who have bought the game are the ones most entitled to something but even then as long as they get it sorted the next few days I won't be moaning about it.
Actually the article states it is software not a server issue, they are on top of things ( working 24/7) sounds like the fix won't be long coming.

Just tried it here UK still hasn't fixed the online haven't been able to log on since purchasing it, hopefully the fix won't be long now.
It downloaded automatically for me, didn't seem to do anything lol, but maybe they are just rolling out the online slowly to be on top of things.
I can go with that, could make a very believable Ellie, games making there way to the big screen are normally a disappointment but I have high hopes for TLOU the movie.
