I'm actually with SeanScythe on this, it's not a deal breaker I'm still looking forward to this game but it almost makes the creatures inhabiting these worlds superfluous,
it would have been nice to have them as an important resource or a least a means of nutrition in certain circumstances.
Oh well whatever this game is high on my list of games and I can't wait to dive in and get my name on a planet.
I really don't think it matters who it is as long as their acting is up to it thats what will make the role believable, too many people are caught up in the look of Ellie even though it was her character in the game that shone through.
If you can look past the differences in appearance then this is a more than reasonable shout for the role, give me an actress that can act first their looks are secondary
the problem is their obvious bias consistently overtracking xbox while under tracking playstation, if their numbers were neutral I don't think gamers would be so critical but unfortunately they aren't.
The game is working a lot better now than when it first came out, there are still issues but nowhere near what they were and the game is starting to show it's true colours.
I actually love the game and have had two friends play it, one bought the game after doing so and another just last week bought a PS4 to play it, so well worth picking up if your into your racing.
Asda owned by Walmart are bringing this to the UK and it leaves a lot to be desired, I know someone who works at Asda and last year the store manager got punched in the face during the mayhem this brings.
Keep this in America I hate the thought this sort of chaos happening every year in the UK.
Playdor the reviews have been harsh in my point of view, as a game it is a solid racer and very challenging, the online issues have been it's biggest problem but they are pretty much sorted (for the most part)
angelsx sold his copy weeks ago, in my opinion he should have waited as the game is getting better every day as the online improves..
Yes there is a lot of bashing, the secret is to not get too caught up in it, easier said than done sometimes but the cream usually rise to the top and break away from the chaos.
You do know they are still going to release a free PS+ version?
They are sorting out issues for people who have actually bought the game first, exactly as they should
I wouldn't say online is working properly I couldn't connect to any online games today although it gave me a chance to do some time trialing which was a blast, strangely the online ghosts were working perfectly.
The game is a lot of fun especially as the online is working much better (most the time) the weather is just one more piece of the jigsaw to what is rapidly turning into a quality racing game.
I have seen many comparison between xone and PS4 games and the advantage has always been with the PS4, but recently the differences are becoming even more stark, you would have to be blind not to notice them.
It is good to see developers taking advantage of the PS4's extra performance.
This game has peaked my interest too, a limitless universe to explore I can see this game taking up a hell of a lot of my gaming time.
The only price war MS are having is with themselves, the xone has seen price cut after price cut with numerous free games being thrown in, trying to keep up with the PS4 and so far it has had little success.
Why would it be? especially with PS4 dominating sales.
Not yet ninja they are still sorting out online issues, I'm sure it won't be long now as the online is working much better.
I left PC gaming not that I wasn't enjoying it but it became too much hassle, constant upgrades software clashes and driver issues just became annoying.
I bought the PS3 for the Blu-Ray player but soon realised gaming on it was so much easier, buy a game stick it in and you know it will work, there are good reasons for PC gaming and I'm not knocking it but for those that just want to play consoles are the best option.
There are a lot of differences between this gen and last gen, PS4 has dominated sales out of the gate and didn't need a years headstart to achieve it.
Despite Sony launching the PS3 packed with the latest tech (Blu Ray, Cell, HDMI) it's launch came right at the start of a major recession and that tech did not come cheap, Sony turned things around with great first party support throughout the PS3 gen,
xone is losing despite having non of those problems...
Driveclub is a hell of a lot better than it was but the online still isn't reliable so definitely still work to do, having said that as a game it's a lot of fun, been playing around with the Atom today, gets knocked all over the place but it's acceleration is amazing, people seem like they are standing still as I zoomed past them.
The down side it is one squirly mother to control.
Alien nation looks a real blast (literally) and I can't help but have a soft spot for Shadow Of The Beast, Until Dawn has my attention and Uncharted well, doesn't need an introduction.
PS4 gamers have a lot to look forward to in 2015.
You obviously haven't played it then.
I'm sure I have heard that the next GT will support Morpheus, If thats true then it really will be a next gen experience.
