@nicksetzer1: Also, it is ironic, because MS has sunset, ryse, ori, quantum, titanfall and scalebound as new IP
Great you have just run off a list of games some of which are on PC most of those Ip's are not even owned by MS (except maybe Qunatum?) Sunset 2, Ryse, Titanfall are all bound to see their sequels at least considered if not guranteed to be on the PS4 because of the way the PS4 is dominating sales.
Live in your made up world, I'll stick to fa...
nicksetzer1, of course the original console had support but compared to the PS2 it wasn't even in the same league and was dropped like a stone by MS
The 360 had a years headstart and of course MS made an initial splash, people bought into it it and to be fair there was a lot of reasons for gamers to do so, in the end however they were left to wither on the vine for the final 3 years as what first party support MS had was focused towards the xone.
Unfortun...
"gameon1985 I've been telling people the only reason Microsoft wasn't pumping out game after game for 360 didn't towards the end of last gen was because they were producing games for there next console"
I don't doubt it, it is typical MS make an initial splash for the launch of the xone by drying up 360 support after which the games will dry up and they will rely more and more on third party, just like the 360.
When it comes to firs...
Luckily for me I haven't been affected, I leave mine in rest mode with no problem, strange it only affects some systems.
I barely have time to play on my PS4, so buying an xone would make little sense especially considering I would have to pay for another subscription service.
If I were young again with time and money a PC or WiiU would probably be a better choice to accompany my PS4
I prefer pressing buttons.
Well luckily for me I have put it in rest mode with no problem
Sm00thNinja, I doubt you even own a PS4 looking at your comment history, but if by some miracle you do your bias is obvious.
Take your trolling elsewhere, this is a hell of an upgrade no matter how much you try to downplay it,
I was impressed with how quickly this updated considering this is a major upgrade, things do seem very quick and smooth it almost seems a new machine.
Looking forward to experiencing all the goodness that Version 2.0 offers, good job Sony
No themes are part of this update too.
So he is knocking it because the PS+ version was delayed (quite rightly in my opinion) and the online has issues, both of those are being sorted the game itself is brilliant, the single player is challenging and online races are frenetic and fun.
I played a race online supercars, I started at the back of a long straight all cars were pretty much top speed when the cars started tussling and all hell broke loose, cars flying everywhere literally, I was sure I was going to be p...
You would seriously use your PS4 offline? and only signed up to PS+ for a free cut down version of Driveclub? that makes no sense.
The people actually playing this game are having a great time, I'm level 40 now and having a blast, the online is crazy fun, it's had it's issues which are being resolved, the vast majority of people hating on this game are people who have never played it and have no intention of doing so.
Anyone who enjoys racing will enjoy Driveclub.
If you love racing you will love Driveclub, it offers a real challenge and the sense of speed is amazing, most the people downplaying this game have never had any intention of playing this game.
I'm loving it, my mate and my daughters boyfriend are both getting it after playing it on my PS4, it convinced my mate to get a PS4 to play it (He loves racing too)
With the online fixed and future updates this game is only going to get better.
I took part in a multiplayer game yesterday it was supercar time I started at the back, it started with a long straight all the cars were flying literally as the people in front started battling it out it became utter carnage.
I thought I was going to become part of the pile up but by some miracle the cars colliding and flying around me just opened up for me to drive through, I had never seen anything so crazy, but it was amazing to see.
You obviously can wait LOL, the ones that couldn't like me have bought the game
Haven't regretted it though, great game.
Considering these are just retail numbers those are pretty impressive sales, this game of all games has many things affecting sales, first there is a free PS+ version (coming) secondly this game was a lot cheaper online which is where I bought it, so sales of over a million are more than possible.
Last but not least this is VGchartz lol.
This is a major update and will add a lot to the Playstation experience, good to know it's just days away.
Share play here I come. :)
Exactly GribbleGrunger the game is too hard for many, it will test you as a driver and many will not make the grade.
I have made it to level 37 and loving the challenge, my mate just watches in awe as he has nowhere near the skill necessary.
As I have said before if you want spoon fed victories this is not the game for you, if you enjoy your driving skills challenged this game does that.
SonofGod
So you would be okay with if 3rd party devs like Ubisoft used MS's dedicated servers to enhance online experience in games like Division and AC Unity on XO?
Of course, developers should use all assets that are available to them, including the PS4's extra performance whether that comes in the form of resolution, framerate or enhanced graphics, gamers have a right to expect developers to use their console to it's full potential .
