Any inference I make from MS’s policies or from the present legal system is a simple non sequiter.

I agree that statistically each store will have at least one bad egg. We still visit there, though at the moment a lack of funds is keeping us away. I think with the guy in question it's largely social ineptness. I think he thought he was "in" with me and could crack a joke - he just misjudged the situation and made an imprudent choice.
