Don't like it, don't buy it.
Are you serious? Are you playing that on PS4? If I lose my progress...
In America. Which isn't surprising. http://www.amazon.com/gp/mo...
But then look at Britain (PS4 #1/X1 #2): http://www.amazon...
All those PCs run Windows, so Microsoft wins :P /s
PS4:
- Lost my SP once.
- For the first 2-3 weeks, MP quit maybe once an hour.
- I stopped playing after a week due to crashes, only checking in once or twice after that. I finally booted up again a week ago to put some hours in and have had maybe 4 crashes, two on the same level. Compared to how things were, I call that good so am playing a lot now.
- Can't speak to the other smaller issues, but I can believe them based on my experience (e.g. hit ...
What are you talking about? They're all the same version, except next-gen gets larger maps.
No console will ever have a launch lineup that satisfies everyone. As far as console launches go, this has been great: well priced, enjoyable games, good supply, low failure rate, lots of hype, lots of satisfied fans. I really don't know what Sony could have done better. It's been an all-round great experience. Sony should be very happy.
The whole Steam Machine idea is interesting. There are obviously two primary markets: current console gamers and current PC gamers.
Console gamers, like me, will probably not transition to the SM, at least not in large number and not for awhile. There seem to me to be two basic reasons for this: (a) cost, (b) the SM only plays linux capable games, which at present doesn't constitute a large percentage of the PC games market.
PC gamers, meanwhile, may not...
There is a Last of Us fan series?
PS4 day 1 baby! Loved this on XBOX, looking forward to it on next-gen.
Complaints aside, I'll lend my aid to DICE in fixing this. I want to play this game without problems.
Annndddd....Guess who bought Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics on Steam yesterday?
That's some impressive Analyzin'(TM) y'all did there.
Jeez...
OK, I'm REALLY confused. Can someone please explain this in simple terms for me?
And does this mean that youtubers who make a living off let's plays of, say, Minecraft, will now be shut down? E.g. GenericB, Keralis, and the others?
Thanks in advance for the explanation(s).
Please please please work on the controls. Combat, running, jumping, climbing - pretty much everything needs an overhaul. As for location, hopefully China or Japan. Persia or Egypt would be exotic, but not really that interesting simply because most gamers have no or very little knowledge of those places upon which to draw when they play the game. We all know what pirates are, what colonial America looked like, what the middle ages were like, and so on. But I'm afraid Persia or Egypt woul...
For those complaining about Gamestop's policy, I suggest you go read up on the subjective theory of (market) value. Prices are set according to the personal values of economic agents, not according to any "objective" value. If YOU think your console is worth more than the $220 Gamestop will give you for it, sell it yourself direct through a site like ebay, or claim a credit on Amazon.
But it is also worth pointing out that Gamestop is at an economic disadvantage...
Hah! I'm saving my $10 for that too. Really looking forward to it.
Like crap? Kudos for the work, but it doesn't represent damage accurately. Supplement this with break damage and you'll be onto something.
I miss the days when you could just buy a game and get the GAME. I'm sick of all this "additional content" BS. DLC I don't mind, if it's actually additional material offered a good while after the release of the game.
My controller is fine, and I've put many hours into playing. My bet is that some controllers have poor quality sticks due to an error in production. Doesn't seem to be a big issue.
