Since Xbox One games will be back-compat with the next Xbox... If you haven't purchased one yet, I would recommend waiting. Honestly, same for PS4 to PS5 PS4 games will be back-compat so I would recommend putting that money towards the next system as well.

PS5 has pretty much been confirmed to be back-comapt with PS4 so it's just as safe to buy on that system as well. OG Xbox and Xbox 360 titles will be limited to what MS has already made back-compat... and of course, I am assuming all Xbox One titles will be back-compat with scarlet.
Both the Next Xbox and PS5 are pretty much confirmed to be back-compat... Why wait a year if it even comes out on next-gen when the games will run on the next-gen system of your choice anyway?
Maybe better games need to enter the genre? Why end the franchises... Give them better competition.
How much does Sony or Nintendo charge for their controllers that help disabled people play videogames... Oh yea neither of those companies developed one. Since this is the only one on the market there are no other prices to compare to... How are they "exploiting" when as of so far they were the only company to release a peripheral that helps disabled play games?
Does Sony or Nintendo even have a controller that helps handicapped individuals play games? R&D and a Niche market are why it costs what it does. It's a very complex controller and probably wasn't cheap to design and manufacture.

Really? The PS3 Launch was a debacle with the Blu-Ray making it over-priced and Back-compat being completely dropped to reduce the price of the console... To sit there and say Sony has nailed everything they ever did is laughable and just shows how blind you are. Not too mention allowing a massive data-breach for tens of millions of PS users. It does, but not at the price-point it came out for. I can pick up an Xbox One S with 4k Blu-ray drive cheaper than I can pick up an Xbox One S that doesn't have one.

Just about every online game has a mute a player feature... I use it a lot. They mainly build this feature into online games so you don't need to listen to the toxic online players.

I doubt it... Allowing an MS-owned property to appear on a different platform for a super-brawl title is completely different than allowing a full-blown game to come out on a competing platform.
Odds are you will be able to re-download... But, you have to download them first to have access to re-download at a later time. Purchasing the season doesn't automatically download all the episodes. You do that after purchasing the seasons. To everyone else that commented doesn't matter if you like all digital future or not... this next generation is probably the last with physical media... I love the convenience of digital, but it def. has it's cons as well.
Well... I guess the big question is then... Why didn't they just come to the convention? More the merrier Hope there are great announcements all-round.
PC's are generally always ahead of consoles... So Consoles will pretty much never have all graphical options a PC has. Right at the launch Consoles are usually on par with gaming computers, but that doesn't last for long there are always better graphics cards being released PC gamers can upgrade with that Console gamers cannot.

So your comment doesn't really make a whole lot of since, because the studio acquisitions have already taken place
that will address the lack of exclusives.
meh... sure it's a game with guns but it's also a f2p game and has a vastly different play style and 3rd person...Not sure Fortnite is direct competition for those two franchises...
