What do you expect when Microsoft forgot the games after the Series X launch?

Why not a new game instead? And this at full price?
People will rush out and buy this game then it'll be, oh. I wouldn't bother until they release a complete version. I played Cyberpunk after the update and it was pretty good on the PS5. Best to leave some games sweat for a few years, then jump in and play them.

Why when Nintendo churns out the same games? Could also say the same about Sony. Switch 2 and PlayStation 6 banging the same drum.
Same old from Nintendo. What happened to Wave Race and Pilotwings? 3DS Luigi's Mansion 2 coming to the Switch is tragic. Stunt Race FX and 1080 Snowboarding would be much better fits. Also a new Legend of the Mystical Ninja from Konami. Consoles going up in price, VR too expensive, games too expensive and old games getting a facelift, the gaming industry is starting to sink.
Once gaming goes all digital, I'm out. I can't afford games at launch and more so all deluxe editions selling at eye popping prices. The gaming industry is digging itself into a death pit.
All the more to make consoles last longer. This gen has been a whitewash, more so Xbox Series X. Did Microsoft forget the games? This gen consoles should be releasing this year. The PS4 and Xbox One still had a lot to offer.
Latest Zelda as Game of the Year? A game that carries on from Breath of the Wild that was a Wii U port. AAA games dried up on PS4 and Xbox One and nothing has changed since PS5 and Xbox Series X. Xbox Series X has been dead since launch. If there’s nothing out there that can beat Breath of the Wild and it’s sequel, it proves how staggered the gaming industry is.
A PS5 with VR, memory upgrade and a few games will now set you back an eye watering £1,700+.
You then have to think, the Wii was a huge success for Nintendo, but not the Wii U. Nintendo are walking on thin ice with Switch 2. My Switch is always docked. How about a console and a handheld? I have to buy a handheld to play games on a TV.
Home console? The Switch is a handheld that plugs into a TV. Same can be said for the SEGA Nomad and Sony PSP, other than the fact they didn't have a docking unit.
Sony could launch a console with no games and it'd still sell out week in, week out. You'd have to be clinically obsessed with PlayStation to buy this.
But this gen has been poor, more so Xbox. What was anyone expecting here? These consoles have been out a while not and we may as well made do with PS4 and Xbox One for a few more years. After PS3 and XBox 360, It's was downhill. By the time we get going with PS5 and Xbox Series X, they'll be tipping 5 years old, then the same console launch milarky all over again.
Same old from Sony. Turismo and games in which you have to run about here and there. Spider-Man, Horizon Dawn, The Last of Us, God of War, Uncharted, Days Gone, Ghost of Tsushima and Sackboy. Driveclub was run over and there was never a sequel, but a PS5 version with extra bells and whistles would've been a belter. Plenty of other run about here and there games on PS4 and PS5 over the years and even on PS and PS2. After PS3 and Xbox 360, no console generation has come close.
Oldest debate in gaming. Mega Drive games back in 1990 sold for £50 tops, import Mega drive games well over that. Nintendo 64 games topping £70 and that was from the mid to late 1990s. Switch games for £60 is Nintendo having a laugh, although Nintendo are banned in the UK for setting prices. If Nintendo raises the unit price, retailers put the price up. PS5 VR will slowly die. Sony will bang on with it until PS6, then start over again. How many AAA did we see on PS4 VR? Too many headsets at different prices adds to the woes.
