Co-op in a normal Bethesda game - now that is a fine ass idea.

I always see torrents floating around that include all the pre-order DLC in one bundle. I normally pirate games that I own since I prefer to play on a pirated copy rather than my original - no DRM.
Take Deus Ex: HR, bought original and applied a crack that unlocked all the pre-order bonuses.
I know its not wrong to pirate a game I own but if the pirated copy includes all the pre-order stuff I'm technically stealing it.
I have a question: if I buy one copy of the game and pirate the pre-order stuff, am I still the human slime that the gaming industry would have you believe?
I'm legally purchasing a copy of the game and I want to experience all it has to offer. You cannot honestly tell me I have to buy 5 copies to get that.
I don't know, I know that technically it's still very wrong but I have a hard time caring for this kind of situation. :\

Interesting thought: if you hack into content already on the disc of a game you bought legally, is it piracy?
I bought the disk and the game, by rights it feels like all the content on the disk should be mine.

It's buggy and really quite lame when you think about all that was promised, and that I ended up expecting.

I don't think we'll ever have the time we used to have as children - and its a good thing, as children we're not well rounded. As adults we need to be.
I think my solution is to just play fewer games and to savour them more.
Whatever I decide to play, I'm just going to make sure that I don't play "for the sake of it"

I Hear what you're saying but Mass Effect 1 is even too old. I'm trying to keep to games within the last year or so.
I made an exception for the previous Mass Effect titles since the article was slanted towards the end of the trilogy.
I know it's a weird stance to take but I think it makes for more current articles. It also makes use of the unique position I am in as a game writer - I've played all the latest games.

To me, they are outstanding. KoA is, like I said, rough around the edges but I named it because of it's sheer scope.
