I never said anything about Western 3rd party support, which is what all of those you listed are: games from Western 3rd party developers.
I am well aware of the dearth of Western 3rd party support on Nintendo platforms. Even Nintendo handhelds don't get much support from Western 3rd party devs, and as long as they believe the target audience isn't there on Nintendo platforms, that's likely not going to change anytime soon.
However, in comparison...
3rd party Japanese devs seem to be onboard with WiiU development, which is a good sign since Nintendo has struggled to garner much 3rd party Japanese support during the N64 and GCN eras.

Here's the kicker: A LOT of the loud, vocal complainers HAVE NEVER even owned nor played a single Nintendo product. Just keep that in mind the next time you hear/see someone spew the same tried-and-true complaints against Nintendo.

Looks like somebody has never played Fire Emblem before. I don't blame him either; the difficulty scares the nubs away.
From the looks of it, Gamefreak will never make nor allow another developer to make a main series Pokemon RPG on Nintendo's consoles. I think its mostly due to the fact that they're the ones who are mostly responsible for creating new Pokemon and adding/tweaking the mechanics of the series.

Make it more like Revelations, and less like RE6. Then, improve on the Revelations formula to enhance atmosphere and sense of isolation.

LOL @ the thought of the WiiU killing the 3DS. Besides the fact that Nintendo's handhelds have been overwhelmingly more successful than Nintendo's consoles since the N64, but Nintendo's handhelds have NEVER had the 3rd party support problems that Nintendo's consoles suffers from.

You should pick up either HeartGold or SoulSilver. They're everything the originals were, only better.
In fact, when I checked and compared the 3DS sales at this point in time to the DS sales at the same point in its lifespan, the 3DS sales are better in Japan and NA.

I'd say more like two gens behind based on the 3DS being able to produce a game like Revelations.
Still, I'm more excited by the change in battle presentation more than anything else. GF has made strides in improving every other aspect of the main entry Pokemon games BUT that.
They'll probably include an option to turn off the battle animations just like in the previous games.
It didn't fail to sell, it just wasn't selling to Nintendo's expectations, which were ridiculous anyway because the global economy is sh!!t plus I don't think there will ever be a handheld that sells like the DS ever again.
