This sounds like an isolated example and hardly substantial. I've heard several reports and seen pictures ( https://scontent-b-lga.xx.f... ) like this that claim otherwise. It really just seems like you got a location where the manager gave the only information they knew.
It has been a thing for a while. Whats sad is that even Nintendo is doing it. =[
Sony can be a stickler about these passes. They tend not to stack with current plus and several of them will not work if you already redeemed a trial.
It does, but only 7 days I believe. Just enough to get you hooked on the online, which makes sense. Nothing new either, way back in the day M$ use to include monthly trials with bigger games like Halo 2. I think they also did some shorter ones for the 360, but it has been way too long for me to recall any of that stuff accurately.
I've been told by several people that these things never had release dates, so places are selling them. Like if you want a Dualshock 4, you can buy one off Amazon right now http://www.amazon.com/PlayS... and have no luck involved. In the end, it really doesn't matter if we have the games today, tomo...
I don't mind the controller unboxings, but those doing the camera are being a little excessive.
Actually, they've been selling it since June. I preordered mine a while back and my order was apparently placed on June 7th. Also, my copy shipped on October 17th, so this is without a doubt old.
I hope they patch it in the future.
Most likely because the same 3 or 4 companies are making most of the RPGs this generation. Between Nippon Ichi, Compile Heart, and Idea Factory (adding in co created series) you have...
Disgaea 3 / 4 / D2
Guided Fate Paradox
Cross Edge
Record of Agarest War / 0 / 2
Mugen Souls / Z
Neptunia / MK2 / Victory
1) Slander is spoken, where as libel is written. If anything, they won't commit libel.
2) It's only libel (or slander) if what you publish is untrue. So if they're not going to post things against M$, they're simply bias.
3) Having read this article, it simply sounds like the Polygon writer didn't bother to verify their facts or wrote it in a poor way. This really sounds like a nit pick, which I can see both sides of it and certainly think the author shou...
Full games will never leave the IGC, since almost everyone benefits from them.
Publishers? After a certain point a game becomes practically worthless. MSRP is at or around $20 dollars, most sales are used (because finding new is very hard or something like this), hard to justify buying (like if the online is dead) and so forth. Plus gives them a chance to make "real" money again and usually is used to hype their upcoming titles.
Sony? By paying extra for t...
PS3 / 4 games only have region locking if the publisher wants it, so 99% don't. However, Persona 4 Arena is region locked on the PS3, so there is at least 1. Not to mention games with weird requirements (like 100 yen gomibako uses plays you buy, so they only work on the Japanese account that bought it).
However, I think Black0o meant the region indication says "All". Like Japanese games tend to show 2 for the region and I am sure some US games have it with the n...
No doubt. I am sad I keep seeing the abridged version now a days. RIP Lou Reed, hopefully your memory will live on in PS Gamers for years to come.
"I think this is wrong, gamers should be up in arms about this. Sony and Microsoft, if their confident in their product, they'd shouldn't be stopping gaming journalists speaking about their consoles prior to launch! "
The thing is, there are plenty of valid reasons for that...
1) Places that get one earlier than another will have an edge. This is a HUGE reason why people don't like or trust a site getting to release their review before e...
"Well lets all get pissed off because apparently she isn't allowed to have any opinions. Seriously wtf women in gaming get soo much shit over nothing."
She is allowed to have an opinion, but the people who disagree are also entitled to one. I can't freely make comments in ANY public setting without opening myself up to criticism. Like if you don't agree with this post, then you'll most likely tell me why and your comment won't be motivated by sex...
I'm glad they redid the boss fights and the game is worth playing again.
No one is complaining about patches, just that we're seeing more companies push to meet deadlines than perhaps finishing products 100%. In a lot of ways patches have become something of a "get out of jail free" ticket.
Game has an issue? A lot of people write it off and say it might get patched.
Don't like something about the game? It might get patched.
Gamebreaking bug found? We can patch it.
Even now we've seen things ...
"Yeah, I'd heard he was in it, Asagi, and Raspberyl. Though they might just be NPC's. I'm looking forward to Witch and the Hundred Knights as well."
Asagi, Raspberyl, Valvatorez, NISA, Axel, Pirohiko and Laharl are bosses.
He is not DLC and Asagi, Raspberyl, Valvatorez, NISA, Axel, Pirohiko and Laharl are bosses.
It's an investment in the future of gaming? If we don't show support, then we have another Wii U where both sides (publishers and consumers) are unwilling to take that leap of faith.
