I suppose Billy West could, but I don't think Blasto was big enough to deserve this level of hype.
I'm glad this game isn't just fan service.
A lot of people seem to forget that this sort of thing is relatively rare, but happens throughout the consoles life. I've heard of people buying 3DS's with broken hinges, DOA PS3's and other such issues. The only difference here is that these systems are new, so people are giving those complaints the time of day. However, this could always be a widespread problem, which would be dreadful is true.
How many times can you rerelease the same games?
Arkham Asylum
Arkham Asylum GOTY
Arkham City
Arkham City GOTY
Arkham Asylum / Arkham City Combo Pack
Arkham Origins
and now Arkham Collection...
Can it really be "late" when you can't exactly (unless you're one of the few members of the press, won the Taco Bell contest or got really lucky) play the PlayStation 4 version or Xbox One version?
Even if you're not a hoarder, a good deal is a good deal and there is no better deal than Plus (being things are free). I would hate the idea of missing out on XYZ games just because I didn't preorder a console, camp out in front of a store for days or beat down an old lady to get my hands on the last PlayStation 4.
This will also affect (only slightly because of the popularity and lower price point) future supporters, since many have broken down and bought a Vita be...
$450 seems too high for a bundle like this. You figure, the system is $400 and the game is $60, so this bundle saves you $10 dollars. Not that $10 dollars is anything to sneeze at, but people in the US could "make" the same bundle by simply buying SS digitally and using the $10 dollar credit with the PS4 to make it $50. Or you could just buy the system and wait for a deal. All the B2G1 deals and such have brought many next gen games (at least on the PS4) down to $40 dollars if you p...
How can you say it's "not even close to overrated"? The game might be good, might be great, but some people act like it's some divine game that transcends reality and its existence makes all other games seem like Amy. I mean, unless you honestly believe it's so great that it does all the aforementioned things, then you should be able to admit that it might be on some level overrated.
@ Septic
I would prefer one that makes sense and has basic features, since Nintendo uses a weird one, but it is by a wide margin the worst.
True, but Mass Effect won't be the same for me without Shepard.
It has to be a launch title
I would say Muramasa myself. That game looked amazing and played just as well.
I think it's the same sort of logic as the 2DS. It costs a little less, it does a little less, it isn't as good, but you're saving money at the cost of worthless (in your opinion) features.
PS3 (with the exception of Persona 4 Arena) and PS4 are region free. The only issue you might have is getting Amazon to ship to the UK.
If you're extremely worried, you can simply go to Target or something and purchase it. Then when your game comes from Amazon, return it to break even. It is a pain in the butt and a little out of the way, but it is the easiest way to make sure you're satisfied.
While I understand your point, a lot of people forget that GameStop can't subsidize the cost. GameStop makes 90%+ of their money from gaming (the remaining 10% being tech and misc other stuff they sell), so they can't keep up or offer killer deals like Amazon or Target, which offer a vast array of other products that you might buy while in store.
They're interconnected, but completely different.
The promotion you're talking about was a "good will" gesture Amazon did, so existing preorders could get first crack at this promotion. So if you preordered 1 game, you got a B1G1 free voucher. If you preordered two games, you flat out got a free game.
This promotion is a universal code, which is open to all and doesn't require getting a random code from Amazon.
So while...
Another page shows PS4 games explicitly.
Amazon is.

I dislike it, since it just doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Like I can understand computers or android tablets, since you're comparing various features and abilities across a board (similar to a game), but a console is a bit different.
For instance, if the PlayStation 4 is a 1/10 or a 10/10, you still need one if you want to play PlayStation 4 exclusives. The end. There is no discussion on this matter (till someone finds a way to emulate it, but lets not get into t...
