As a massive old skool Resi Evil (1&2) fan, I've often thought that would pretty much be my perfect game. Naughty Dog creating a Uncharted/Res Evil type mix would be pure gaming gold!
I don't care who would be the best to play Snake i's just rather they don't make a MGS film (unless Kojima san / David Hayter are on writing duties and get their pick of actors to play the parts and Kojima gets at least some Directorial / Producing role then maybe... but we all know that would never happen)

We all know Gabe is never going to do anything for the PS3.
For starters he's ex-Microsoft, clearly doesn't want to or never has wanted to do anything for the PS3 and the only games of his (Orange Box) that has made it to the PS3 was outsourced to somebody else to be ported.

lol. When i saw the name it reminded me of D1ck Van Dyke's character in Diagnosis Murder (slightly embarrased i know that but hey, i was a student once and watched alot of daytime TV!) Diagnosis Murder was like Cheetos.....very cheesy but strangely addictive.

Usually with company buyouts of this kind (where the buyer pays pennies) it's because the company has an extensive amount of debt which the buyer wipes out as as part of the agreement of buying the company.
Because you have to pay something in order to legally buy the company it's usually some stupidly small amount.
There was a case not long ago of some guy buying a company for a pennny but it was in millions of pounds worth of debt.
