Looks great but i'd like to see one first hand and get a feel of it before i lay down that amount of money. Especially as i already have my original psp.
The Sony E3 presentation where they showed GT PSP and Peacewalker pretty much had me sold already though!!
What do you reckon the chances of ever getting homebrew on a PSP GO will be as that's pretty much the only reason i use my PSP these days!?
psssst....Has anyone else noticed that the long haired dude playing on that huge monitor has breasts!?
This article is dripping with blatant MS fanboyism.
I'll gladly admit Natal does look awesome, credit where credit is due but you can't say Microsoft owned the show based soley on that.
In regards to the whole metal gear debate, it's been said a thousand times already....it's a spin-off with which Kojima is going to have very little involvement which also happens to be a multi-plat title. Hardly the massive "steal" it's being made out to be and besides....
not really the peak of gaming journalism is it.
From my experience newspaper reviews for games are less than reliable. Majority of multiplatform games get reviewed in UK papers based on the 360 version, very rarely (if ever) is the PS3 version the review copy so it seems as if the general media sway towards xbox in some regard anyway.
Had this review come from a gaming publication i could possibly understand the uproar but this is a bog standard "newspaper&q...
How people can say it is failing when it's producing figures like that is beyond me.
So true.
It seems us Europeans pay through the nose when it comes to gaming and we also have to wait for ages for stuff the Americans/Japs get alot earlier! Seems to be no logic for it now everything is multi regional though!?
I imported a PSEye when they first came out and was literally 5 or 6 months before they became available in the UK. They were like Gold dust!
I love my PS3 but considering Europe is Sony's biggest, most loyal market we don't...
I don't understand why this has taken so long to arrive in the UK?
I got a couple from Hong Kong a few months ago (the ceramic white ones are DAMN sexy!), they all work fine as they are effectively just Bluetooth devices so why has it taken so long to arrive here in the UK?
After having these my standard Sixaxis hasn't been touched, can't believe how much i'd missed having rumble!!
The worm is definitly starting to turn.
Things are beginning to look more and more positive for Sony, this makes a pleasant change!
Think i'm going to have to dust off my copy of Burnout again, it hasn't seen daylight for a couple of months now!
My chin nearly hit the desk when i saw a PSP article that was actually positive for a change, there has been so many "anti" PSP articles lately (something fishy going on there?).
How can it be failing when its hitting figures like this and oustselling certain other consoles by a fair mile!?
I think not!
.....Sooooooooo you start by going back to the whole WWII setting AGAIN.
Not off to a good start there Treyarch, nil points for originality.
Let just hope it's an improvement on Evo '08! No More laggy online please!!!!
Violent crime is always the fault of rap music, heavy metal, games, movies or whatever else is the easiest scapegoat at the time. Never the fault of the people that actually decide to pick up a knife or a gun and commit these acts
These MP's are a joke (particularly Boris Johnson!). How this d!ck got voted in as Mayor is beyond me!
Did Microsoft kindly supply the Mozilla team with an extended warranty for the cake?
That's stating the obvious, But i don't think Sony has anybody to blame but themselves on that front.
Don't get me wrong, i don't condone piracy in anyway, it only hurts the developers and then, in effect, us gamers in the long run.
Sony has had the opportunity from day dot to provide most of the benfits that CFW can provide but have refused to do it.
I mostly use my PSP to play all the old PS1 classics i used to love (all converted from the origin...
It does seem like there has been quite an increase in negative PSP related articles in the last couple of weeks.
Definitly a little bit suspect...
How many more of these "PSP failing" stories do we have to endure?
I wouldn't call 30million odd units sold a "Missed Opportunity"
True, Nintendo are bossing the handheld market right now, but they've been doing that for the last 20 years, the handheld market IS Nintendo's market. They pioneered it and have continued to dominate it since then.
For Sony's first handheld console i'd say PSP has done well. Granted it doesn't have ...
The only thing Chris can "Buffa" is my nuts after making an idiotic comment like that.
He clearly has no understanding of the MGS series at all.
Stick to reviewing your FPS's Chris, leave the proper games to proper gamers....
There is a massive homebrew community with alot of dedicated users. Admittedly there isn't a great deal of games coming out which is very dissapointing but the PSP is capable of much, much more than that.
I know Sony will never be happy about the whole Homebrew situation as (unfortunately) there are always people out there who are willing to abuse the situation (by that i mean piracy which i DO NOT condone in any way!)
I am currently running FFVII, Metal Gear Sol...
Looks like they've gone for some sort of Star Wars/Event Horizon kind of mish mash with that cover art
Big fan of the original and I'm not feeling the new look at all...
