“Who’s fault is that?”
Naughty Dog’s - specifically, Neil Druckmann.
“But it was creative director Neil Druckmann who took a moment before saying that, ‘Ellie is the only playable character in the game.’”

Don’t know about you, but that sets up some exp...
But the definition of console exclusive is a game that appears on one console and not another... and Xbox does have those
That’s really interesting, do you have some sources on where I can read up on that?
@captain
“The game probably has over 2-3 million purchases in only a day or two. So ok? Your opinions aren’t well supported”
I haven’t played it yet so I don’t have an opinion on it one way or the other - but I don’t think using how many sales it has is a good indicator of story quality, nor should it be used to invalidate someone’s criticisms.
Besides, people have to purchase the game to play the story and figure out if they like it ri...
“The media can’t possibly compliment anything Sony does”
Holy s**t, have you even been on this site for the last few weeks, let alone the last 8 years?
This is legit hilarious
Alternate title: “why do console gamers like console gaming? Why not just buy a PC??”
Apparently you’re only allowed to buy one console too
Why does this bother you so much?
Wow hot take mate, Gottem good. You really learned them with that one
I’m cautiously optimistic - BF2’s Starfighter mode was best in the game, so I’ve been itching for a dedicated Star Wars fighter game since then.
Don’t know how 5v5 will go, but Siege/For Honor pull it off, and it looks like it’s more tactical than arcade.
After they turned around BF2 and published Fallen Order, it’s good to see EA finally making good out of the Star Wars licence
How’s that?
“ Ummm? MONTAGE !!!!!!”
Pack it up boys, gameplay now only counts when there are no cuts between footage
“Micro transactions”
Confirmed there won’t be micro transactions.
With the 5v5 I first thought it sounds bad, but then thought of games like Siege or For Honor which pull it off. Could go either way, but I would like some AI thrown in to make it a bit more grand
“Features designed for MT’s and loot boxes”
It’s been confirmed to have no loot boxes.
“Why no third person view?”
Looks like they want to make it more tactical than arcade, which I’m a fan of, though I can see why some people wouldn’t be. If I want third person Star Wars arcade piloting, I’ve got Battlefront 2
- buy it for X1, play on X1
- buy Series X console
- use X1 disc - it not only runs (backward compatibility), but it carries over your progress, and automatically upgrades to the version as if you bought the Series X disc
I don’t recall seeing that being confirmed to happen with PS4/5 versions, unless I missed an announcement?
How about you try the demo and decide if it plays bad, rather than judging how it ‘looks’?
So you have to click into a game to find out when it’s leaving?
As opposed to Game Pass, which has an entire tab on the ‘Game Pass Home’ screen titled “games leaving soon”
Yeah, real hidden
Another good aspect of it that’s being overlooked is that it carries progress.
So if you bought Cyberpunk when it comes out, started playing through it, then got a Series X, you just stick the disc in the Series X and it works fine.
Plus you get the ‘optimised for Series X’ version of the game when they release the patch, so you’ve essentially got the Series X version on an Xbox One disc.
And for people who can’t buy the console at laun...
I think the E3 2018 comparison is a bit odd, because there are always heaps of different streams and channels to view it through during E3, so it’s spread out between all those different sites.
The difference in PS4-PS5 reveal is super impressive though. Just goes to show Sony knows what they’re doing and knows when to show it
On cross-buy:
It’s very similar, but with cross-buy you’d get 2 versions of the game, and have to start from the beginning as if it’s a brand new title. With smart delivery it all carries over so you can essentially pick up where you left off.
You also get to use the same disc, just put it in and it works, fully upgraded to the Series X version’s performance.
On remasters:
Of course MS has done remasters, but I think ...
So people who have criticisms for the game aren’t ‘true fans’?
