FFXIII-2 HAS TOWNS! Some of the haters on here need to realise this, the only difference is that he's trying to make the AI for the NPC better, hence why he thinks that old towns are "boring"

It is on par with 360, they showed some BF3 footage I believe and it looked quite good, though if you consider it's a next gen console then it's probably quite poor since it doesn't appear to surpass 360/PS3

It's not really a ripoff considering what you're getting. Compared to other regions we may have drawn the short straw but that isn't to say that it's not good value for money even at £230

Well I thought XIII was enjoyable, it wasn't a horrible game by any means, but it wasn't anywhere near the quality we'd expect from a final fantasy game. At least Versus shows some promise.
If XIII-2 has proper towns, shops, a theatre mode and a chapter selection once you finish the game then I'll look forward to it, but right now I'm looking forward to Versus most of all

What? how is this confirmation that they're being half-assed with the 3DS? It's still very early days and the models look pretty damn good tbh, imagine a Pokemon stadium-like game on the 3DS with those models (or even improved). By the way, the app is FREE so stop with the bitching.
