The Last Story looks much more my style. Not really a fan of the combat system in Xenoblade.
Awesome. The crowd really feels alive in this game, much moreso than even AC.
Hopefully when they say independent venture that won't mean he's going to start making small budget XBLA games like most talented devs seem to be doing these days -_-
I don't know how I feel about his departure though. Between most of Rare's key members leaving, these recent Lionhead departures, Bungie buying themselves out, etc. Microsoft have to do something STAT. It's clear that something isn't right in the development culture of all of these teams....
I really hope the obnoxious "headshot" and other numerous indicators don't constantly pop up. I hate that. We have medals already. They let us know whenever we do those things as it is. I don't want some obnoxious, cluttered, taking-me-out-of-the-experienc e text blocks coming up every time I make a kill.
lol @ WW being the weakest. If anything it's the only 3D entry to near the polish of Ocarina. Twilight was the most cookie cutter 3D Zelda ever, and SS had it's fair share of problems as well.
I feel like I'm the only one who is slightly underwhelmed. Yea it looks like a Sly game, but that's part of the problem. Maybe Sanzaru doesn't want to piss the fans off, but I see little innovation over the previous games. Sly 2 was a massive improvement over the first one, but I just don't see what this one has to offer that makes it a substantial next gen improvement over the last games. This has safe sequel written all over it.
Oh and also graphically, it...
Haven't bought a downloadable game since Banjo Tooie I think. This looks incredible. Day 1 purchase for sure.
These articles are retarded. The 3rd version game of each gen never comes out on a different platform than its original 2 versions.
Do any of these people realize how long it takes to remodel/draw 600+ pokemon alone? I don't want Game Freak to take 2 or 3 years to develop some sequel to B/W. I rather the company make new tech for 6th gen, not for the usual 3rd version of the current generation. Trust me I'm starving for the first real 3DS Pokemon game too, but there&...
Pretty much agree with the point behind this article. We need a legit Pokemon game for the console (that wasn't cranked out in under 1 year of development), and more importantly we need it to be more than just a 3D version of what we've been playing for years.
Don't see why so many people are hating on this. Emerald didn't release for the DS. Crystal didn't release for the GBA. Why would this release for the 3DS?
Anyways, though not a traditional 3rd version like we've received before, I don't think anyone should be surprised this is a regular DS game. Game Freak probably won't build brand new tech and start supporting the 3DS til Gen 6.
Better D-Pad. Other than that it's hard to really fix perfect.
No Syndicate? Really? It's one of the better looking games of the year, not just this month.
I see nothing wrong with DLC in Pokemon. In a way we already have had it. Remember the event for Mew in Ruby/Saphire/Emerald? We got a whole new island to go to where we could find Mew. Same thing for the Victini event when Black/White first launched.
I love these type of events. I always feel like it's so lazy when the events basically just consist of us downloading some special pokemon via wi-fi. I'd much rather be given a new space to explore where I have to actual...
This would be sick! Oh wait, it won't happen. Nintendo would rather slap together Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 37 in a couple months and give that to us instead.
Regardless if it's coming to the Wii U or not, do you really think Nintendo wants developers to announce new titles for the system before E3?
1. Wind Waker
2. Ocarina of Time
3. Skyward Sword
A real Star Fox sequel as a Wii U launch title? That would be epic.
I call blasphemy at Cubchoo! Probably one of the cutest Pokemon from 5th gen. The giant frozen booger is the key to its awesomeness.
Probably a bunch of overly sensitive Americans whining about these types of ads aaaas usual.
If anything that's a reason to actually pick them up.
Xenoblade's combat system is pseudo-turnbased. From what I saw in GT's video review it looks somewhat reminiscent of KotOR's combat.
