360 has 3 cores and each of them has 2 hardware threads.
Wouldn't that used up more system memory? I think I would rather see that memory and resources available to the games than allocated to BG download.

From the games I own for 360 the titles I would list as AAA are (IN MY OPINION):
Gears of War
Death Rising
Rainbow Six Vegas
You're missing a point. Donating $50 is great but what they need in this project is computation power to map the human genome. They're not going use donation to buy 1000's computers. That's why letting console to do some calculation is really as important as donating money.
That's sad how bias towards one console can make people sound like blind idiots.
Games are nothing more then ENTERTAINMENT and you can live without it.
And saving Jacinto Plato as a Markus Fenix is not the same as contributing to good cause with chance to save real lives!

Don't forget that Core comes with AV cables. No component so games won't benefit from 720p.
What about all Demo Games and Arcade on LIVE, how will you enjoy free content with memcard?
If you're buying 360 buy PRO! otherwise in short time you pay more then you expected.
If you need new controller than Sony is going to be replace it for free.
Also PS3 manual page 19 shows exactly how to replace battery.

I installed 100G into PS3 20G. No problem.
Then returned 20G and I got 60G PS3.
After replacing original 60G drive with 100G, my new PS3 ask me to format HD (even though it was previously formatted by my 20G PS3).
I had to download demos again otherwise no problem.
Your personal info, like for example LOGIN are stored in the internal flash memory so you don't have enter those again.
It is good idea to copy your game saves to external flash me...
You can turn off "aim assist".
In my personal opinion weapons are what it makes this game FUN. It is first person shooter made very well.
1). No you DID NOT get 360 for $100
2). I doubt you own 360 Core ver --it is a money trap, 360 for $100 not for long long time. Not even original xbox(brand new) got to the $100 level.

I don't care if it is AAA ---> this game is simply FUN. Games suppose to be FUN to play.

I hope you know that threading is a way of shearing execution time on single core. Threads do not multiply core speeds., they divide the speed of core. Threading is used to SIMULATE concurrent execution on the core while that core in not fully used or idle.
6 threads will still run with max speed of 3 cores.
