NES aything under 3 dollars buy it. That's all I know about it, as NES collecting is super fun and my main focus. I have about 250 games, including F2 and some others. It's not hard finding games if you try, just don't buy bad deals and you'll easily make money on top of it with your doubles to fund the bulk of your collection. I saw the article, and lol'd when it said 360 gamers wouldn't buy it. From what I saw on youtube, looks pretty awesome. Sort of like Battlefield 1942, but with more "verticality." A upgraded game like that to me would be awesome, and so would going back to basics would be awesome, as with all the games and spin offs today, it's needed to realize where games have come from and what is fun.
I bought this game because I was holding out for buying Minecraft and it looked okay for $3, but man was I wrong. :( Crappy block hit detection which is unexcused, graphics can't keep updated because of the graphics not being buffered right, no reason to explore yet, etc. Just plagued with mainly technical problems though.
Oh well, hopefully they fix it all though. Won't play it over Minecraft, especially not how it is now, but it would help to have the game polished ...

I dunno, I'm on both sides. It's be nice to know if it's a 1P focused or MP focused game, although with games today that may not be needed, as they're all multiplayer focused.
But then if you're playing, don't know when it's gonna end, and see the time approaching, it may give away when stuff will happen and such.

Considering you program the PS3 like other computers, with C++ and their libraries, it's not any different from PC. It's just to make it efficient, you have to split it into 3 parts that run at the same time, although for some developers that's insane to wrap their heads around, lol. I hope that they taking gaming into consideration and make everything more standard like computers. I'm not saying consoles need to be dressed up PC's, though. Standards are why multiple computers work with windows OS for example, gaming needs to be able to be like that so devs can work on all three at the same time, but on some platforms, add more to each one and take advantage of their hardware by just editing some of it, not having to rewrite big chunks of the game. I agree with this, although once that happens a new engine will then be made because of the necessity. Not saying it won't be a good game with the new engine, as it'll be a far better experience just being off the COD4 engine which has sadly seen no enhancements, but we'll know that they'll milk the crap out of that new one too after that. Goes without saying.
But hopefully the studios does what IW did and take it and make it theirs and actually do some great ...
If you don't agree with MW3 will kill Battlefield in sales, you're pretty dumb. Of course it will! But after BF3, the momentum has a chance of shifting. Not towards BF3 specifically, but all other shooters because people will start to see that because it's not COD doesn't mean it can't be better, different, and fun. Heck, Battlefield Heros is fun! I'd bet only 1% of people who bought MW2 day 1 even know about it.

I got CBFD a few months ago and played it about last month through a decent chunk of the game. I could believe how awesome it was. Pretty amazing game.
I dunno who, I couldn't get into the 1st at all, although the 2nd I did. Hmm...I'm going to go try it again.
And the controls in 1 are kinda clunkier, too. The got them a little better in BFBC2 with the clunkieness back but this time I wouldn't have a hard time running up staircases, heh.
