Technically it's "BD" rather than "BR." Just a minor annoyance. It's like calling a CD "CP" for Com"P"act Disc.
Although I'd like to see Universal go neutral, I'm not going to count on it just yet, as they seem pretty set on staying with HD DVD.

An interesting note: my local Walmart has actually cut the PS3's price by $40CAD last time I checked. Both editions (20 and 60).

Of course the PS3 has very scarce killer apps at the moment, but so did the 360 when it launched. Give it time. Come summer, there will be many good titles for all consoles.
