Spartan Laser and Movable Turrets are very interesting additions, judging from the videos.
The PS3 fanboys making fun of Halo 3 are as annoying if not more than the 360 fanboys who make fun of the PS3 in general.

Just buy Lair, KZ2 or Sigma. You don't need to get the system the day the AAA title comes out.
So far, no one I know with this game has had this problem (about 5 people), so it's likely uncommon. I don't understand what is triggering it though.
I think the problem is more of the game taking longer to complete, especially if they hope for rumble and a really, really big sized game. Also the "psychological effects" will likely demand more dev time.
I think most people expected not to see it until 2008 (I know I did).
360 players waited over a year for Halo 3, why can't we?

Edit: My point is, don't ignore the problem, there clearly is one. No one I know personally has had 360 problems, but there is a rate of failure for it, and there is a much lower one for the PS3. I'm sure PS3s have died, it's just dumb...
I'd be very surprised if MGS4 made its way on to the 360 at all. Of course I realize you're just a fanboy and trying to garner some attention =)

Halo 3 looks pretty good, and will look better when it's released. The main candy here is the gameplay though, IMO.
