Spyro is gone for good. I don't care how well this game plays, it's not the Spyro I grew up with. All this talk of upgrades and all that BS, that ain't Spyro, that's COD.
It saddens me that kids are going to grow up playing this piece of capitalist ass sh!t.
These need to stop. In fact most memes become stale after their 3rd or 4th use. They're a seriously irritating phenonmenon.
Yeah but the second game was such an improvement over the first because of the amount of time they devoted to it (over 2 years I think), whereas 3 is looking like it's going have a little under a year devoted to it. Realistically, how much can they improve in such a short time relatively speaking? Unless they've been working on it for a long time... But they did recently ask fans where they'd like it to be set, suggesting they're only starting it.
If 3 is to b...
I've loved all of them so far, but I feel like 3 could use more development time. After Revelations I just felt like "okay, now it really is time for something new, if the new game remembles this too much, it might be a chore to play". The yearly release thing might bite them in the ass with AC3... Or it'll be absolutely amazing and the best one yet. For me it's actually kind of hard to predict.
Totally agree. Videogames are still largely completely stupid and treat ideas of death and violence completely irreverently. They're still largely sensational; particularly ND games. They disguise themselves as intelligent with high production values, but the underpinning moral aspects (if any) are utterly juvenile.
Still though, maybe the trailer will become more fleshed out and make more sense when we get to play the game. Part of me kind of doubts this though given ND&...
Another turd of a film starring Steven Seagal then I imagine. They really shouldn't make that movie.
As for another game, can't wait.
Thank god. I was worried they'd be forced to sacrifice the crunchiness of the battles.
Pokemon Grey for the DS
Yeah I wasn't really interested in dicing people. I just wanted to cut everything else to bits.
Much preferred how the original looked. It seems you can't have a hack and slash that isn't completely batsh!t insane these days. Which is why a new Onimusha game would be nice.
Looks like a lazy ass cash in to me...
Game of the year for me. I love Skyrim but this game was just so exhilarating.
Call me a noob fan, but I don't see how that image is a headcrab. Looks like a closed eye to me or something...
I've no a where they can take the ZOE story after The 2nd Runner, but I'm sure Kojima could come up with something amazing.
Make the damn game!
Sequel. No remake.
Major cliffhanger at the end of Dirge of Cerberus. In fact I think the whole compilation of VII serves quite nicely to lead us into a VII-2.
I don't know how anyone could want a third installment in any of Valve's franchises more than Half Life. If you do, then either you haven't played Half Life before or there's something deeply, deeply wrong with you in your mind.
Whaaa? Fnck L4D. Have you two even played Half Life?
Not a sausage for Deus Ex???! Fnck that, seriously. The soundtrack was much better than that pretentious indie bullsh!t Bastion one. Should of a least got that award.
Looks like an older Nathan Drake... But I'd say this'll definitely be amazing.
Hahahaha "Revengence" What does that even mean?
And man this game is violent. I mean, how is it justice if you cut the guy into like 20 pieces. That's just psychopathy.
I have the same problem with Assassin's Creed. Ezio claims to be the noble, good guy, but then one of his executing moves has him repeatedly stabbing a guy in the stomach with both his hidden blades. Not a hero; a maniac.
Hmmm, interesting. I don't think many will agree with me, but I've played a couple of Tri-Ace games: Valkyrie Profile 1 & 2, and Star Ocean The Second Story, and also Tales of Phantasia on the SNES which was made by some Tri-ace dudes, and I really get the impression they try too hard, and make sort of mediocre games. Games that want to be Final Fantasy so bad.
