To catch up to 360's software quantity as A-AAA games are still more numerous on the 360 since it came out a year earlier and got a list of good AA games.

Sony has first party software quality nailed down though.

Good relationships + talented teams + Great franchises + Money= Quality.

It's amazing how important good relationships is and how Sony gives its team freedom of choice (according to a blog from Jaffe)

Or people generally approve things without checking the source.

I'm more inclined to believe the former.

From the guy who left it on the site or was that u?

Either way, crap like this always gets approved, though I do find the reactions people have to be pretty funny.

Why don't you at least try offering a rational relevant response instead of making baseless assumptions?

Well considering the fact that you didn't actually make a relevant point addressing what I said, and since you are here just to make worthless remarks that don't pertain to the topic, then you should probably check out the open zone

First of all, it's on the PC and unless some people are still trying to convince themselves that the PS3 can do better graphics, it's without a doubt that Crysis is the best game.

Considering how OLD it is and how photo-realistic the game is, it's no doubt that it's better than UC2.

The list stupidly gave no good justifying reason as to why UC2 was #1.
It's absolutely ridiculous to make a list and not give justifiable reasons.

Crysis is the best lo...

I could have SWORN the expiration date was set to around the release date! I checked on my PS3!

DAMMIT!

I'm still undecided but largely favoring purchasing it. It's surely going to be better than MAG IMO, both these games are good competition against each other.

I was so preoccupied with other games and stuff that I kept pushing back BFBC2, and now it's gonnneeee :'(

6015d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

I find that the "well that's why you have PS2" excuse is blah.

I mean, it's MUCH more beneficial to have BC, but some people will defend their beloved console to the depths of hell.

I dont want to use a PS2 because:

-Too many wires/it will clutter my tv area
-Wired controllers
-No online-- I like to be connected online when playing, and PSN does that
-Spending money for a PS2 if u dont have one

Again, it's just be...

For one reason, players can already run REALLY fast, they can use the super speed class ability, they can run for a REALLY long time, and even when the run meter depletes, it just goes back up really fast.

Unless they slow down the running and make the maps MUCH bigger and balance the amount of indoor and outdoor sections, I wouldn't want vehicles in multiplayer.

Though, it would be interesting. I just worry it would ruin the gameplay.

I wouldn't mind tr...

I didn't feel anything for the characters.

What do you mean Rico's just bad? It's his job to be bad? I'm confused :S

Do you mean he's a bad ass? If so, I disagree, he comes off as a meathead. He reminded me of some frat kid. Compare him to the atmosphre of the game and he just didn't fit. And it's not just him too. If you want bad ass, play God of War or something, but I was certainly annoyed with Rico. I don't recall him exemplifying anything "bad ass", U...

-Kill of Rico, slow and terribly. Make some Helghast Barbarians torture him for information.

-Improve the melee. It's pretty useless in Killzone 2. Hell people make matches with just pistols just to GET the badge, which shows how useless it is. Problem A) Two hits to kill an average player (that is, two hits to kill somebody who isn't an Assault class/is sitting on health packs) I don't mind having to melee someone twice on the front, but smacking someone across the back should b...

My wishlist:

1) Co-op play

Whether it's incorporating singe player, having a whole different side story via Resistance 2, or giving us objective scenarios, Killzone NEEDS a co-op mode. K2 teased us with it, and now it's time to deliver it. They can make great use of the classes from competitive mode or reinvent it all together. Whatever the case, it seems that the competitive multiplayer modes always need a dance partner, and co-op play is just the answer

It MAY belong to Sony, but the competition by MS is going to be much more fierce.

Unlike 2009 where MS was aimless like a chicken with its head cut off, 2010 is going to be a close match.

It's a simple kart racer under the motto of Race. Create. Share.

ModNation is a simple kart racer with lots of tuning options, but I do not see much out of it, certainly not $70 (CND).

It's going to be a great game, but you are over exaggerating if you are calling it a megaton.

Not only is hype relatively mild, even AFTER the beta, but the game does not compare nor have the same reaction that LittleBigPlanet did.

So, not to crush your spirit...

We can accuse GT all we want, and I'm not going to disagree with you, but GT is not the only place giving MW2 best Multiplayer of the year.

The game had a solid multiplayer, contained most of the factors that made CoD4 great, and added much more variety than Treyarch did with World at War's multiplayer. Additionally, Infinity Ward put in a very challenging co-op mode.

The main split seems to be between MW2 and K2. K2 didn't even have co-op which was a huge disappoint...

It is definitely not a PC-alternative only. He said it at the beginning: OnLive is a Games on Demand Service.

Publishers are going to WANT to go to OnLive because games on demand means:

-No Piracy
-No Rentals/Buying Used games
-No paying money for discs
-No paying royalties to brands

This means money is split in two ways:

1) The majority goes to the publisher
2) The other half goes to OnLive

The problem i...

But I can't wait for this device, it certainly looks promising.

Of course MS, Sony, and Nintendo are all going to be there in response. I just don't think I will be able to handle 4 consoles let alone 1, but the future looks promising with OnLive.

Competition is always a great thing.

I can't believe how everything streams so well. I can't even go to my friend's list on my PS3 without having to wait for my friends list to load, yet this thing is running ...

Nobody is obliged or has even the basic qualifications to understand the difference between a preview and a review.

People simply approve based on whether or not what is being approved benefits their own biased perspectives.

But some a-hole posted a spoiler that ruined the game.

I play RPG's mainly for the story/length, and I got damn pissed.

I plan on picking up V. Chronicles soon though, just have a list of games to deal with beforehand.

Any person can make predictions and be right or wrong. Just because you cherry pick something you predicted that came true doesn't make you some valid source.

People hate you for numerous reasons, and sometimes people are going to be stupid. I see people call you names, stupid things, etc.

However, I feel the issue people have with you is that your titles are always pro-Sony, and very exaggerated. It just seems you do more harm to the PS3 name than good, and it's cle...
