Well not really all games but its getting more common
Well i really liked the demo, it seems that the arcade nfs games are back to form. I was hoping for a cop chase sequence from this demo though
Well they are completely diferent types of racing games, shift is sim, hot pursuit and the run are arcade, its all about tastes
they confirmed that its for all plataforms, since its linked to your EA account by the online pass, so technically you could buy bf3 on PC and play the ME3 demo on your 360
i guess thats why they are sticking to just a 24 inch monitor, it would probably look ugly on bigger screens but on a 24 i doubt it, probably the same as it looks normally on MP but bigger
mmm quite the opposite actually, PC games always have the capability to look much better, however they are currently held back by this gen of consoles, as soon as the next gen starts showing up, PC games will finally make the jump they could have made a couple of years ago. Just look at how much is the graphical diference in BF3 and thats just the start of what will be done on PC
they are not making you buy anything, you choose what you want to buy. Also in case you havent noticed both MS and Sony like to include vouchers for betas on other games, its not just EA.
Even more, they are not including this on some weird random game no1 would buy just to get extra sales, they are giving it to a game that will sell huge amount of copies on its own right

its no diferent than every splitscreen MP game, the graphics are always downgraded. Just because the screen is not split doesnt mean the game will run like the single player. The feature is more for confort than anything else

well i didnt check the link he posted, which now i see is not the TV that i thought he was talking about. The thing is Vizio is making a TV that also uses Dualview technology and they will probably have bigger screens, not sure the price though
both players wear glasses, each one sees a diferent image. I guess the game must also support the feature so who knows how much support this will get.

Anyway, the TV looks nice but at just 24" im definetely skipping it. Ill wait for at least a 32" version to show up and prices to drop a bit before thinking about it

Well they alway had an advantage since they had fooled most of us into the hype train with the 1st part of the ad which looked like they were gonna announce something. Also i dont think people re-watch the ad as much as some gamers did the long live play ad
well the thing is the vita is coming out in japan this year, not the next one, so it should be generating a bit more interest on the games side

yeah sure, i would like to see you run a bussines where you invest millions of dollars and it takes years for you to make a profit. I would pay to see how you manage to run that.
Developers need to regain their investment as fast as possible to start working on another project without having to worry about the financing
Did you saw the marketing they did for that game??? whatever little they did(and it was truly minimal) it seemed more like ads for the sharpshooter than for the game.
Also, long-leg sales or not, 190k units in the 1st month of sales for a game of resistance caliber is a terrible amount, no other way to spin that
did you look at the sales for september in the US??? that was nowhere near fine... not really insomniac's fault, just Sony's. But they could never survive making games that sell that poorly
Ah crap, i guess those images of "once you see it you cant unsee it" are really stuck in my head, no mather how i look at that bioshock image, all i see is bomberman's head....
I may be in the minority here on n4g but i prefer just 3-4 really good games at launch and the rest spread out on the following months, i already have to save $250 for the console and then have 5-6 $40+ games to buy???? Way too much money and im bound to miss some of them
