yeah, the thing is, if they release a console with no internal memory, and say some games support saving to the game card, why leave the possibility of other games requiring an extra card? people shouldnt be forced to buy something when there is clearly an alternative.
Because the cost for the memory card is the same regardless of the size, so instead of overpricing every card, they give us a small amount of internal memory so we can play ANY game without problems, and those who want to download full games can purchase the 32-64gb
that way people get a choice instead of being forced to buy something, and we dont end up essentially buying an incomplete product.
And even worse when Sony shows that game saves can be stored in...
some games support that, but some games like these need a memory card to save the game, that way Sony makes an optional-totally overpriced accesory into a mandatory-totally overpriced accesory.
I dont understand why they didnt just charge an extra $20 for the Vita and include 8gb internal memory, instead of forcing us to buy extra accesories...
actually no, games SUPPORT the ability to save onto the gamecard, but it was also said that some games will NEED the extra memory card for the save file, that means you are being forced to buy the memory card just to play that game
not really, because those games dont support saving to the game card, then even if the save file is just 1kb, you will need to buy an extra memory card just to play the game

oh c'mon, you dont believe that piracy crap do you? if they want to stop piracy it can be done with software on the vita itself, just because they make a new memory card doesnt mean that the card itself will prevent piracy, almost everything done in order to prevent piracy will always be software based. The propietary card just makes the hardware to pirate more expensive at 1st
well the only actual reason to be excited is because naughty dog is making it, other than that we know nothing, or haven't seen any gameplay to be treating this game like the rebirth of survival-horror games...

yeah, there is something insanely addicting about it.
i was at 105 hours when zelda arrived and i finally stopped playing. And after finishing Zelda, there is one reason that stood out the most as to why Zelda was my GOTY and not Skyrim(really close call though)... for all the content, characters and massive world, not 1 quest felt truly epic... i always get the feeling its related to their engine, it doesnt lend itlself to the type of scenarios that you imagine.
the wii already uses gamespy infrastructure i think and Nintendo has admited it didnt work out, so i doubt they will repeat with them
its not like the Wii U would use Steam or Origin itself, it means more than anything which company is helping Nintendo, EA or Valve?
But things (i hope) will remain unified for the console itself, no mather what game you play. Nintendo would be mad if they intend us to have separate accounts for each company
well just because steam has great offers, means Nintendo would have great offers, actually Nintendo is known to be a bit pricey with online content.
But anyway, as for the quality of the service, difinitely Steam, Origin is starting to take shape so it will be a while before it catches up to Steam.
Also, that could leave room for some WiiU-Steam crossplataform play, like Portal 2 on PS3, that would be awesome
well, up until last week i would have said skyrim was my GOTY, but then zelda finally arrived and after completing it today i can say Zelda is my GOTY hands down.
i didnt really believed what reviewers said about how good Nintendo had done the storytelling part in Skyward but wow they did.. not to mention how artistically beatiful the game is.. and not to spoil anything, but it has one of my favorites final battles in the zelda series.
Definitely among my fav...
COD is like the 10th game with practically no change on the engine whatsoever, not to mention a corridor shooter, no reason for bugs or glitches to show up, maybe 1 or 2 in MP at most

well i own a pretty good PC, play every one of this games with max settings and i still think U3 looks really really good, definitely could be on this list. Just because multiplat games look much better on PC doesnt mean an exclusive game, like U3 isnt graphically impressive
