Sadly we learned from an investor's call some weeks ago that they are only increasing marketing and sales efforts to be competitive ...they know that people will buy it anyway. Very sad.

Glad they managed to sell enough units. The Fire Emblem franchise is still one of the best tactical RPG's out there and needs to be continued.
Right now I'm torn between saving for a gaming PC or getting the WiiU. The PS4 looks like it will last for a couple of years without feeling outdated, and Nintendo seems to have some awesome exclusives in the making.
You'll get an ugly black box that even plays BluRays now. Yay.
^That is what's happening right now. MS already started to screw gamers this gen and now they went for the full retard fatality. They'll probably win over some other customers but they'll definately lost a lot of gamers already and E3 could turn out even worse when they have to face Sony directly.
This. Of course I'd like it to look awesome but even if it'll be as ugly as that other box I won't be bothered by it as long as it runs like it should.
Since they both are based on a short teaser and still look very different, I'm guessing both are far from accurate. I'll rather wait for the final design, I'm sure Sony's designers can do better than that.

Unfortunately, Microsoft almost hasn't any of those so your argument is invalid. I can't understand how anyone could buy BOTH consoles. It would have been stupid (at least in most cases) this gen and will be stupid next gen, even if you have too much money. Going with Nintendo as a secondary console is something completely different...

So many people are used to CoD gameplay and dismiss every other game that doesn't play like it. Your missing out pals, after seeing BF4, Killzone:SF and Arma3 I couldn't care less how this game turns out.
