It'll probably be too costly for that. I'm still using my DS3 on my PC and it works like it should. If I'd buy a controller especially for PC games, I'd rather go with the 360 once the Xbox One is out, since it will be much cheaper without a big difference in functions or quality.
lulz
Gotta love them console war gifs.
They would kill Gamestop with this strategy ...if people would buy their console in the first place. But I can very well imagine that Gamestop won't buy used Xbox One games because of that.
The reveal would have been more interesting if they had talked about those buttons and showed how they could be used instead of ...you know. But it's interesting to see that both companies replaced the Start/Select buttons that we had for ages.
I could also imagine that they are waiting for Sony's stance on this. If one of them does it, the other could very well follow suit. But as far as I know, Sony hasn't any plans for it fortunately.
Definately. It's crazy when you think about that Xbox Live Gold doesn't offer much more than online gaming for the same (!) price. Here, you get tons of retail and PSN games, DLC, discounts, themes, avatars, exclusive betas/demos and more.
It's nice that they support the game almost one year after release but I hope they are working on a next gen title simultaneously. Wouldn't mind Borderlands 2 but a new IP would be even more welcome.
Yamauchi has an awesome job.
I <3 PS Plus. Best. Service. Ever.
Same here, but in fact, the Xbox event made me change my mind about the WiiU a bit. Maybe I'm getting one as a second console.
PS4 + WiiU = best console combo this gen
You're excited about a FPS-RPG with subscription service and microtransactions?
I'm not. This way, the game must be super awesome for me to buy it.
Seems like it but with a new setting and probably modified gameplay, I for one am looking forward to it. The art style of the zombie looks nice.
One would assume that there are too many of it but it just doesn't get boring as long as the concepts are fresh and it's done right :)
Next gen looks very promising with new IP's so far.
That's one interesting thought which really could be true. I'm waiting with judging which game looks better but I'm expecting Drive Club to look better since the PS4 tops the Xbox spec-wise.
I hope he hasn't hung himself and just gets a PS4 and be happy.
89%? Now that looks more like it.
That's what 75% of the people thought when reading that headline.
Thing is, now that MS is doing it and Sony let's the publishers decide for themselves, I fesr that PS4 users could face similar problems like Xbox users. I hope not but you never know ...online passes also were unimaginable at the times of the PS2.
And you shouldn't be so optimistic after seeing how this gen and the console reveal turned out. Microsoft definately will announce some cool stuff at E3 but as soon as people have bought their console, they'll focus on getting the most money out of those people instead of doing them any favors.
