It sold over 1ml copies on the 360 (the highest selling JRPG on the system) which guarantees FFVSXIII will come to the 360 at least in the west.
It should be superior, its using the ME3 engine. I guess the 360 will look far superior in ME3 if the PS3 can only match the 360s ME2 graphics.
Anyone who wanted this game in Japan wouldn't have waited a year to get it, they would have got it on the PS3 ages ago.
SE only did this because it cost them next to nothing to do it and it will make Japanese gamers aware that all future Final Fantasy games will be on the Xbox as well as Playstation.
They also said GT5 was going to be the biggest PS3 release ever and look what happened there. ShopTo is small online retailer who focuses on the PS3 this really doesn't count for much.
Oh and lets not forget COD for 2011

They said there won't be anymore till january. If i remember correctly, at the beginning they actually said the 250GB kinect bundle was a limited edition.

Even with the $100 pricecuts from Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart etc the PS3 STILL sells less than the 360 which is always sold out. Its not price what is stopping people from buying the PS3.
I guess its because Sony overshipped so retailers are wanting to move some stock. They obviously thought the PS3 would be be more popular.
Pretty much confirms FFvsXIII will be multiplatform (likely reason for the announcement delay), I can also see the FF franchise getting a lot more main entires more frequently too.
SE will obviously be desperate to make money by any means possible.
The hacks showed what Kinect is capable of, give it a year or 2 and MS might not even need to upgrade Kinect for the Xbox 720.
Kinect really seems to be selling like crazy everywhere, but it's quite worrying that MS is struggling to keep up with 360 hardware demand since it's sold out everywhere at this rate the Wii might be able to beat them in December due to shortages.
It needs better online to get people playing more, PS3 may have a lot of games but they are all single player and last 8 hours max and are never touched again.
Sony needs to start making some additive multiplayer exclusives like Halo or Gears. Not just 8 hour rents.

The thing is you are in the minority, most of those games are dead online. COD seems to be where all the PS3 online shooter fans goes, same with the 360. But there is still a quit...

And in Europe Sony is doing the same with Move the only difference is people are actually BUYING Kinect.
Then MS will cut the Kinect 360 bundle to $199 and kill all their thunder.
