Yup. Can't wait to be told about an amazing, bustling city in TES:VI just to find it's a few buildings and a wall cause they're still lugging around an engine that can't handle anymore than that. Meanwhile, I just replayed The Witcher 3 and Novigrad is literally big enough to get lost in for weeks, just doing stuff. I forgot there was a whole open world outside those walls.
Well speaking as someone whose mind was completely blown open when I first booted up Morrowind and saw what was possible in games. Bethesda was my favorite game studio, literally nobody made games like they did. But ever since Morrowind they've moved further and further away from the things that I enjoyed and that I think makes a good game/RPG. Now, they don't even bother making their games fun or truly unique cause modders can just do that for them, that's probably why the game l...
PC master race and huge Bethesda fan here to say... This game is trash and its gonna be the second BGS game I'm never touching. Seems like they seem hellbent on making bland ass games now, whose only purpose is to waste your time with lazily made everything. But hey, atleast they spent 7 years painstakingly modeling all the different types of turds and trinkets you can pick up instead of making actual good quests, dialogue, combat, etc.
I guess I'll wait for Avowed,...
Hey, a certain social media company started stepping on Xbox's toes with their name change and constant fuck ups. MS realized they couldn't be outstaged so they had to come up with their own bad ideas.
Sure, actors who have contracts for millions probably aren't complaining, but the writers going on strike literally are.
@Lightning77
Preston Garvey's quests in Fallout 4 were also radiant quests, and everyone hated them. It's the source of many memes. Since Morrowind their quests and writing have just gone downhill, but atleast Oblivion had some fun side quests. I doubt they've improved on that, especially when they've gotta spread their resources across a galaxy.
I have the best longestcomings, believe me. I have so many longcomings, you'll get tired of all the longcoming.
Bad wording. Should've been "soft reboot of the fighting game". ChatGPT eyeing these video game journalist jobs.
Isn't it on GP? Most AAA games aren't being sold at bargain bin prices, so of course they don't get to that number.
@Flawlessmic
Poor Microsoft is just a make a wish foundation kid who wanted to play in the NBA. Of course they deserve all the passes and us players should be picking them up to help them dunk it.
Honestly, it looks so so so bland to me. I know that's kinda the point what with the near-futurism vibe, but damn. What happened to the personality in Bethesda titles? Ever since Skyrim, it's just been downhill. I'm including Skyrim in that.
And they really need to get with the times with their shooting mechanics, I say that as if shooting mechanics weren't perfected 20 years ago. Cyberpunk might've been a buggy mess (which Bethesda game isn't?), but...
Playground Games and Rare are both based in the UK too. What? Are they gonna have to move all of them to the states? The devs can't even play their own game in their home country? Lmao
@duhahim & P_Bomb:
Isn't that strange? Nobody had a problem with it before conservatives made it their one and only talking point. Now that they've riled up entire swaths of people, they can't stop crying about it even though it wasn't a problem for people before. Almost like it's fake outrage about a fake thing they don't actually care about.
Reviews on steam are great though, and it's a student game and there's literally nothing to buy, it's a free demo they made for a school project. So maybe look into it before immediately jumping to conclusions.
It's literally a student game according to their steam page. Reviews are also overwhelmingly positive.
There's people harassing her and I'm going hard defending something that I think isn't bad? Buddy, you've come back here to comment on this just as many times as I have, if not more. Who's going hard here? And isn't this topic about a lady literally getting harassed. Idk, seems like some people are going pretty hard alright. Maybe some reasonable opinions that go against what the angry mob thinks might be nice, yeah?
Lmao. You don't get it at all. She played a damsel in distress in the first game, pretending to be someone she wasn't. The jig is up now and Leon clearly doesn't trust her in the same exact way anymore. Also, it's been years. It's an old flame that played him like a fiddle and intends to play him again, but she can't do it the same way she did before. Neither does she need to. They may both care about each other, but they have other obligations, obligations that may pi...
Ada also played a character to have Leon trust her. Can't really do that a second time.
Would be lower without the paid reviews.
