There are other ways such as complaining and spreading the word. But yeah, refusing to purchase a game is the best method.
Personally, I'd rather pass on game from a crappy publisher than encourage them to keep screwing consumers over. Anyway, It's not like you can't get a game second hand if you really must have it, and if it's online only, well you'll probably be doing yourself a favour if it's published by EA.

I you're not a fan of BlazBlue and/or Guilty Gear, you may not like what Persona 4 has to offer. Having sad that though, if you're a Persona fan there's plenty of story to follow between fighting.
Yeah, the story is cannon in terms of Persona Lore, they make a lot of references to the events that transpired in Persona 4 during the play through although not enough to alienate newcomers.

You obviously have a very poor understanding of Japanese culture, anime and Manga, if you seriously think a pic like that is a big problem.
You shouldn't judge the whole of another culture based off of narrow minded western ideologies and viewpoints, that have drilled into you since childhood.

It didn't have to be that way, though of course poor support during the 360's later years, the console just not taking of in Japan, and the RROD debacle didn't help matters.
Going by how fast MS dropped the OG Xbox after launching the 360, I wouldn't be so sure.
Also, not everyone can afford to live in Microsofts future right now.

The thing is, I don't mind passing on games to make a point, but it seems like such a waist now when so many gamers blindly purchase what they're told to.
