I really want to play Fates and Awakening but don't have a 3ds.
Kind of a low score if you ask me but not everyone is going to enjoy Zelda games as much as me or possibly even at all. It would be great if everyone loved this series as much as I do but it's perfectly fine if other people don't care for it. I would never try to force my opinions on someone else.
I still need to play Galaxy 2, and 100% Galaxy 1 and finally get around to playing my other remaining Wii games I've had forever but Hyrule Warriors is killing me. So much to do in that game.
When Nintendo has so many teams working on NX games I don't really see much to be worried about. Wii U, despite it's trouble selling, has a very good library of games and I'm certain NX will have twice as many worthwhile games EASILY. Add to that it's launching with a Zelda game that looks like it might shatter everyone's expectations and I don't think the NX will be a failure. HUGE success? Maybe not, but still a success = around 50 million.
I would be very surprised if Nintendo doesn't have an incredible software line-up the first year of the system. I think it'll have at bare minimum 6 huge exclusive games by the end of next year with a fair amount of multiplat support. My guess for huge exclusives by the end of next year is 8.
You say so yourself that Wii U has 8 or 9 really great games. For most anyone I know that's a gamer 8 or 9 games is more than enough to justify buying a console. For me personally I'd say the system has about 20 really great exclusive retail games, not to mention the dozens of games only on virtual console.
It's very easy to have a backlog when they put what were once only on handheld games on the virtual console and I've never really played any of the handh...
The Wii U has never been dead to me. Lots of great games and NX will probably be even better.
I've put many hundreds of hours into my Wii U games since launch and I've got several more to get before the NX launches.
I wasn't the one who made the list nor did I claim to be an authority on lesser known female video game characters. I was merely pointing out what I already stated in my first comment, that you can't forget someone you never knew in the first place. The title of the article should have been "Five Strong Female Video Game Characters Everyone SHOULD KNOW ABOUT". I'm confused as to why you said these five characters are some of the most well-known in video games when they...
Most people who are gamers don't know who they are. I've never played Okami but I knew you played as a wolf but I didn't know the wolf's name until very recently or that it was female. If you asked 98% of the population, whether gamer or not, who any of these characters are without mentioning the game they're associated with, they would probably have no idea who they are. I've heard of all those games except Syberia but I didn't know any of the characters names and...
For the record I wasn't the one that gave you the disagree (downvote). No one knows for sure if both versions will launch on the same day or be spread out a couple weeks apart like what they did with Twilight Princess.
I'm thinking we'll have all those except maybe Monster Hunter by the end of next year.
It was already confirmed that Zelda is going to be a launch title on NX. Nintendo confirmed it on their Twitter about a week ago. From the looks of it it will easily have 200 hours of gameplay, if you want to 100% it that is.
It's not that they're forgotten, it's just that hardly anyone has ever heard of them. You can't forget someone you never knew in the first place.
Couldn't think of a better use of their time than that.
For me personally this is going to be one of my favorite e3s ever. Getting one of my most anticipated games of all time as the main focus? Yes please.
Why would you think they'd take away the digital download option? They're moving MORE towards digital just like everyone else but having the option to still buy physical for those who want it will still be there.
I don't know why you would think micro sd cards cost so much more, to manufacture I mean. The only reason why they charge $40 or more for them is because they can. HUGE MARKUPS over the initial manufacturing costs.
630 hours!? Already? the games just came out 2 1/2 months ago. you'd have to put in an average of 9 hours a day to do that. I can understand though, Fire Emblem games can suck your soul right out of your body. I've put over 3300 hours into Radiant Dawn.
Never regretted my purchase for a second.
