I think Nintendo's going to have some major game announcements at the NX reveal. It would be foolish not to. I think they'll reveal it in September.

I think so and I'm not just saying that as a huge Zelda fan. Nintendo holds the Zelda series as their most treasured franchise and they're pulling out all the stops to make this one of the greatest games they've ever made. The fact that they would go to so much trouble to create a booth like that shows how confident they are that this is an amazing game. From the small taste they gave in the demo it's clear that there are many more gameplay mechanics they're keeping secret...
Why would the games need to be installed on the hard drive? Read speeds from those cards are fast enough to where they wouldn't need to do that.
What you're saying doesn't make any sense. Those cards were not expensive to make. Sony just charged way more than they ever should have for those cards. They just wanted an insanely high profit margin because they thought they could get away with it. High capacity memory cards cost next to nothing to manufacture anymore.
When the Wii U has a game like Xenoblade Chronicles X running on it how can anyone think the NX won't be powerful enough to run any third party games?
Why exactly do you think they couldn't fit the new Zelda into a 3ds sized cartridge? You can buy a 256GB micro sd card and you could fit several of them into a 3ds cartridge. I can tell you this much, the file size of the new Zelda will be less than 256GB. Do you honestly think people are as dumb as you think they are? Some people may be ignorant to the advances in technology but that's probably mostly older people.
The NX won't be backwards compatible. I hope they go with 3ds sized cartridges.

You do know that Nintendo has really good Japanese third party support on the 3ds, right? Square Enix and Capcom do very well for themselves on the 3ds in Japan.
