No all you people who argue against the Gamepad are the ones that are off the ball. The second screen is incredibly immersive and not at all isolating. The Virtual Boy had it's problems but the games I did play on it are fun. The games would have been more fun played on a regular tv though.
I really, truly hope Zelda is never in VR. I mean a new game. I've seen they've already made the original Zelda into a VR experience and I want no part of that. I doubt Nintendo approved of that being done in the first place.
That thing they call Resident Evil is not Resident Evil. It's ridiculous to me that they would ruin the franchise this way. If they had made it a spin off that's one thing but making it one of the numbered games is a travesty. They're only using the Resident Evil branding for name recognition and that's really disheartening.
You're right I haven't tried it, I'm guessing you saw where I said that further down. I do not want to be isolated from the outside world like that. Not only that but I don't think I'd even care to much for the experience to begin with.
None, I have not tried any of them. Like I said, I don't want to be cut off from the outside world like that.
I'm just giving my honest opinion. You can be as excited for it as you want but I really don't want this to be the future of video games. If this becomes what all video games are made in the future then I will not be buying anymore new games.
Nothing about it interests me. I don't want to be cut off from the outside world like that.
Even if it was really affordable I wouldn't want it.
I really have no interest in VR.
Some of my favorite games of all time are NES games. I can see further discussion with you is pointless as it is apparent you are unwilling to see anything positive in this game.
I really like the graphics of BotW and anyway I don't judge how good a game is by it's graphics. If you care more about graphics than gameplay then why do you even play video games? Why not just go watch Avatar or another CGI movie?
I guess all these new mechanics they've shown in the demo won't be in the final version of the game then. I know you don't actually believe what you typed but it's sad that you would take the time to type it in the first place.
It is like Zelda, especially the very first one for NES. The main focus of Zelda on NES was exploration and puzzle solving. The main focus in Breath of the Wild is exploration and puzzle solving. Now the game has just expanded to include a lot of new elements, new to the Zelda franchise I mean. The core of what makes a Zelda game a Zelda game is still very much there. Honestly BotW is more in the vein of the original Zelda's vision than any other since the original.
Something that concerned me was I heard that heart containers, traditional heart containers and pieces of heart weren't going to be in the game. I sure hope that someone just made that up.
Even if you have his pattern down to a t it's going to take forever to kill him with crappy swords and tree branches.
I wonder if anyone writing a review of the game will try to 100% it. I doubt it honestly.
I don't know the most hearts I've seen anyone be able to get is 8 extra hearts and if what is most assuredly one of the weaker minibosses can take off 3 hearts in one hit I'm almost positive Ganon will be able to take off 11 hearts in one hit.
You better make sure you don't get hit because I guarantee you'll get one shotted otherwise.
Who honestly cares? Why would you let that affect your enjoyment of the game? If graphics is all you care about then why do you even play video games?
I like the games I played on the Virtual Boy but would have much rather played them on a regular tv.
