That's only half the story,the psp was more expensive that the ds,third party was lacking because of piracy which the ds got around because it had a higher intsall and for Sony's first handheld its sales are like half of the ds.

That's not true,at least with Sony, because they wanted to make games not possible on the ps2 and what is confusing with the wii is,nintendo themselves didn't have game that use the wiimote properly and your complaint of what you don't like about the ps360 is what nintendo did until the wii.
Its hardware is a bit better than what we have,more ram that is sucked up by the tablet which may not allow it to reach full potential because of the tablet as for new way of playing,it seems like it could go either way,being better than the wiimote or not changing much from the wiimote.

Yeah,but the problem with the tablet in comparison to the wiimote is,easy of use,the wiimote implementation in games are some what based of natural motion where as the tablet use is not that intuitive for casual,not say it's impossible for them but it's not easy either.
