yup. I've seen reviews that give a game a 10 and then in the review complain about things that aren't prefect... well... if its a 10 those complaints shouldn't be in there. a 10 is flawless. no problems. I've also seen games where 15 reviews are in the 6's and 7's then suddenly a 10 pops up out of nowhere... then you look into it and you realize that its usually an exclusive game being reviewed by a dude who clearly has allegiance to one platform over another.

a lot of playstation "exclusives" get that - Some (like Spiderman or R+C) legitimately deserve it but I'm 99% confident that if this launched on xbox first the scores would be in the 7s. Death Stranding is another example. If that game launched on any other platform it would be sitting in the 5s. I've played both of these games. Deathloop is great but not a 10 imo. I dig the ps5 and it’s got some of its own advantages sincerely, but never once in gen 9 have I said “that’s an unbelievably good deal” on the PlayStation side. Gamepass is pretty incredible - especially with cloud streaming and the deep discounts when buying titles thru it (yup you actually can buy them). Xbox just wins this category currently. Sorry.

Just milk the whole f**ing superhero list at this point DC, Marvel all of it: 6 more Spider-Mans, Wonder Woman, green lantern, black panther, hulk, thing, captain America, Rogue, silver Surfer, aqua man… there. That should get us thru the 2020s decade release schedule. The rest of us will just hope and pray something original and new manages to slip thru..:. The reasons aren’t difficult at all. Games are expensive to make and it’s safer to capitalize off of known successful IPs of the past that simultaneously tap into peoples nostalgia for even more chance at success. Hollywood does the same thing.
Worth mentioning it’s actually easier to get a ps5 right now. There is more stock. Still hard but relevant info. I’ve been trying to get a second X for months with no luck.
im probably a dude who gives Cyberpunk more breaks than most people; I love the subject, love the themes, love the design and its also a blast. My first experience with it was on the Series X so I never experienced much of the performance problems related to most consoles. It was still super glitchy and weird sometimes but I knew the game was rushed out after so many delays and they'd eventually get patched over time. I am eagerly awaiting the SX/PS5 updates as well.

agree with this, tho I'll say again I don't really care about more Marvel/Spiderman/supero hero stuff - yes I know other people do care and I certainly recognize the following and even quality, but between the games and movies and shows, I personally am pretty maxed out on Superhero content in general so I'm ready to see other things that are new and different.

That’s because IGNs media player stupidly plays everything back at 30 fps. You actually have to go find the source to see the difference. They do this with every comparison video ultimately rendering them pointless.
