Hmmmm that’s not the impression I got from this video. This seems like they finished the game with no hits the same way the mafia pays taxes - technicalities.
mmmmm..... I love it and I bought it, but if it were on Xbox it would have been a free upgrade, and that part kind of irks me on the financial side. but the upgrades are nice and its still a great game. Its especially irksome to me b/c I had to pay full price (not just the upgrade fee) bc my account had been compromised, and I'll spare the frustrating details but had to start a new account that means I lost all my previous licenses and its not been easy to resolve... so the price is extra...

I don't understand the gushing here. I have both a series X and a ps5. I LOVE the Uncharted series. I loved Uncharted 4 and the Lost Legacy on ps4. Finished both. the real benefits lie in MS owning all of those properties and that means it can control Sony and how Sony can use them. hmmm.. I have both consoles and thanks to gamepass, my ps5 gets used about a fraction of what my series X gets used.
I agree the ps5 controller is cooler, and I hope ms follows suit there. I have 4 ps5 games installed and the entire 2tb of storage I have on my Series X is full if that says anything.
I bet the biggest gain/objective here is to plump up gamepass - not making a bunch of this stuff exclusive to Xbox. That’s limiting and shortsighted. Meh. Disagree. I doubt this will really even change much. Maybe ms will get some exclusive content, and share in profits, but ppl freaked out when they bought mahjong too and Minecraft is still available across many platforms

I agree that Ascent was an underrated title for the year. I'm confused how Returnal is underrated though considering it reviewed very well and won several "game of the year category" awards. Do they just mean that it didn't sell as well as they thought?
