The upgrade is not really that significant anyway.
No it's not necessary and I'm unlikely to buy it. I beat both part 1 and part 2 and they need to focus on part 3. The PS4 games still hold up remarkably well.
It was a great game, I don't care what the haters say. It's almost a crime that some Xbox gamers won't get to experience it.
It would for sure be interesting if video games explored other real world locales besides the standard ones. Like I thought it was interesting that TLOU2 was set in Seattle. That said I agree with the article that America is a very big country so there's no reason to just keep doing the coastal cities.
It's a great fun console. Though I've kinda put it on the backburner for the minute while I wait for Season 2 of Halo Infinite next month and I play through some exclusive Sony games in the meantime. I think it's interesting that Xbox is slowly but surely starting to get more Japanese games as it has been a long time coming.
I already own both the Xbox 360 and PS Vita versions, so I'm good.
I was playing this game religiously then I just stopped playing cold turkey as I had already completed the S1 Battle Pass and they reset ranks. I will probably go back once Season 2 starts next month. Hopefully, it will be worth this long drought of content we've experienced.
Agreed, but now between Steam Deck, Emulators, Phone games, and Xbox Cloud Gaming, I have no problem getting my handheld fix. Vita died way too soon though.
Great news. I loved the reboot trilogy, beat all 3 games. Hopefully the new entry is just as good.
Same.
I bought this game a while ago, but held off on playing it until now as I was waiting for this patch. Hopefully, all the necessary changes were made.
I did play the Artful Escape though. But I agree, the rest of those titles were never even on my radar.
If it's your first Halo, you're not gonna understand the story that well. You won't understand references to the Pillar of Autumn, Cortana, the Flood, the Covenant, etc. That said the graphics in Halo Infinite were actually pretty good if you play on a Series X console on a 4k screen. People saying the graphics aren't good played it on either PC or older Xbox consoles. However, I will give you that some of the stages were kinda generic.
I generally don't like open-world FPS games like Far Cry. But i felt, adding an open world to Halo was a nice change of pace for the franchise kind of like when MGSV added open world exploration. That said, I think there could have been more variety in the activities on Zeta Halo.
It is trash though. I didn't play the single player, but the multiplayer was pretty boring. I'm okay if they bring this game to Playstation. If you can't make a FPS better than Halo or COD, then don't even bother.
I don't necessarily need a constant slew of new first party titles all throughout the year. The lull allows me to finish some titles in my backlog and play 3rd party titles.
WTF are you even babbling about? Microsoft allows you to play their games on the most platforms(Xbox, PC/Mac, Mobile, Cloud). Whereas Sony would only allow you to play it on PS5 and maybe if your lucky PC.
I was already gonna do that, since i don't have a PS5 yet.
That was my problem, but the campaign is actually solid.
I actually have to agree. It's like in their quest for more money, game companies forgot to make games actually fun and interesting. For instance, the other day, I started playing Scarlet Nexus and was bored out of my mind playing it. There are still some good game companies, notably Capcom, Insomniac, Nintendo, etc. But a lot of games aren't addicting like they used to be and many feel like a chore to play.
