It released at the end of January.
Yeah cus they're forcing people to buy it in order to get ahold of a PS5.
That's Square Enix's loss. There's so many games begging to be played, it doesn't make much sense to keep FF exclusive to one platform. Won't be long before Square becomes irrelevant in the gaming space.
Oh guess what another Spider-Man is on the way. Isn't this the 3rd in 5 years?
I can tell most of y'all don't actually look at the articles. They're not comparing the gameplay. They're comparing the fact that there's been little details about Avowed prior to release, kinda how Elden Ring didn't have many details before its release.
I mostly game on Series X. My playstation is for the occasional exclusive or VR title.
Yeah and Square's games will just become irrelevant. You see how Capcom messed up making Street Fighter V exclusive, and fighting game fans started playing Tekken, DBZ Fighterz, etc. And as you see they brought SF back to Xbox. The same thing is gonna happen with Final Fantasy.
Looks like a good game. I had a lot of fun with Trover on PSVR, so I will probably play this game when I clear my backlog. Good to see an Xbox game doing well.
It's really only certain Japanese companies like Square Enix and in the end they are only hurting themselves by limiting their audience. I actually think more 3rd party devs are supporting the Xbox this gen than during the previous Xbox One gen.
No they haven't. I remember when games were 50 bucks.
There are good games on Game Pass already.
I love the support PS4 is still getting. I was happy when they announced RE4 Remake was coming to PS4. Games on PS4 Pro still look really good. I will get PS5 eventually but I'm in no rush.
It's absolutely worth it. Then again I don't rely solely on first party games to entertain me. I don't understand why some gamers need a constant slew of new games. My backlog is pretty big.
It doesn't really make sense to make a horror game exclusive to one console. It's already a really niche genre, so they're kinda sabotaging themselves.
I never had a problem with loot boxes. It was kinda fun to not know what you'd get. In some ways I prefer it to things like battle passes.
I'm here for it. I'm still playing my PS4 Pro and enjoying it. Probably won't get a PS5 until more PSVR2 games come out.
How anyone runs out of games to play is beyond me. If anything, there's too many games to play.
To be fair, the gameplay of Halo Infinite is as fun and addicting as ever. The whole F2P/Microtransaction business model is what ruined it. I agree with the whole copying thing though. It seems like every company wants to do a Dark Souls-like game now. They did the same with the open world trend.
It depends. If a super long game is filled with interesting things to do, it's great. But too often game lengths are padded with meaningless side quests and filler and you just end up quitting them before the credits roll.
I'm just surprised people are even still into Harry Potter. That was a thing like 20 years ago.
