Backwards compatibility will always be better than PS Now. That being said I do like PS Now as it allows me to play PS3 games on my PS Vita.
Why do people ASSUME every gamer is obsessed with Fallout? I for one don't give a crap about getting Fallout 4 first. In fact, if I were to choose I would buy Rise of Tomb Raider first, as not only do I prefer action adventure games to open-world rpg shooters, but I know ROTR won't be a incredibly long game and it will allow me to play the other Holiday titles that release.
The Last of Us has got to be the most overrated game in like the last 10 years.
Most people can't even tell the difference between the two. PS4 gamers need to stop acting like they are gaming in 4k resolution and Xbox is gaming at 480p.
Tomb Raider Definitive Edition was 1080p/60fps.
Let's be honest. Most people don't have a PC capable of running Xbox One level games anyway, so it really doesn't matter if those games go to PC. But not only that Halo 3,4,5,ODST, and Reach never went to PC. Gears 2,3, or Judgement never went to PC. Forza never went to PC. Sunset Overdrive is not on PC. So you were saying?
Gears Ultimate is actually a TRUE remaster like The Master Chief Collection, not just an upscaled port like The Nathan Drake Collection and God of War III remastered. The graphics and cutscenes in Gears were completely redone and they also added multiplayer modes along with an extended campaign. They completely removed multiplayer from The NDC. That is why Gears is considered a heavy hitter and those PS3 remasters aren't.
Yeah when people say Xbox is getting the better games what they mean is Xbox is getting the heavy hitter exclusives like Quantam Break, Gears Ultimate, Gears 4, Halo 5, Scalebound, Rise of Tomb Raider, Forza 6, Crackdown etc.
The only real heavy hitters exclusives PS4 is getting is Horizon and Uncharted 4, Street Fighter V, and The Last Guardian.
If Xbox wants to cater to the Japanese market they gotta start releasing those stupid Japanese games that Japanese people are obsessed with like Playstation does.(i.e. Senran Kagura, Hyperdimesion Neptunia, Monster Hunter, Gundam, etc) I don't know that Japanese people will ever like the same types of games as Westerners.
Xbox is seemingly getting the better games, so it should, but it probably won't. The PS4 is like the Iphone, it is not necessarily the best product on the market, but it sells tons because it is a quality product that also benefits from HYPE and marketing. The PS4 really benefited from the PS3's reputation for having highly rated exclusives. I think the only way Microsoft catches the PS4 is if they develop good first party titles and they get some third party developers to release exc...
I hope they improve from the screenshots in the final release, because Steph Curry and AD don't have hair like that and AD doesn't look like AD. And James Harden's head looks weirdly shaped.
But the Gears of War Remaster is an actual REMASTER with redone cutscenes, updated graphics, new multiplayer mode, etc. The Nathan Drake Collection is just a PORT without the multiplayer. Needless to say, Sony should just give it away with Uncharted 4.
Can you send me an invite? PM if you can and I will send you my gamertag.
Who was the genius at Square Enix that decided it was smart to reveal the PS4 and PC versions release date before the Xbox One version even released? Was that supposed to comfort PC/PS4 gamers? If anything it's gonna end up backfiring as now Xbox gamers are gonna treat the game like another multiplat and focus on buying exclusive games, and PS4 gamers are gonna be mad that the release date is a year away and by that time the game could be an afterthought in most gamer's minds.
Think I'm gonna pick up the Danganronpa games since those games are seemingly NEVER on sale.
The PS Vita is doing really well in Japan. So they'd be stupid not to capitalize on that.
I like PS Now. I just started using PS Now on my PS Vita and I think it is awesome that I am able to play PS3 titles on a handheld. I like the subscription service as I think paying 20 bucks a month for access to tons of PS3 games is a deal.
So many good games, so little time. This game looks awesome, and it might be a day one purchase.
So many games last gen that I didn't get a chance to play. I am excited for BC because I sold my Xbox 360 in order to pay for my Xbox One.
I haven't even played Black Ops II, so I really don't care about Black Ops III. To be honest like others have said, I stopped playing COD after Black Ops 1 although I recently played through the short campaign in Call of Duty Ghosts.
