They did indeed sell alot, but people still believe it was a failure to start with, despite it being the 3rd fastest selling console ever, even at the price it was released at.

Exactly, if I'm playing BFBC2 and want/need to chat to my squad, the last thing i want is for my squad mates to be chatting to his mate playing a different game - i can't think of anything more annoying
I think this feature has just been turned into a must have, but for no real reason - people just want it because we haven't/can't have it

Just watched some videos of the demo, and have to say not impressed, looks very mediocre to say the least from the standard graphics, to ai, to gameplay, all just looks normal - I thought they delayed this for polish?
I think it's a fantastic ad, makes great points in a fun way

saying that, if its a 2 hour game but the best 2 hours ive ever played then thats fine too!

Whats great is the first prices we have seen for 3dtv's were very reasonable, in fact less than what I paid for my hdtv a couple of years ago - so this could really bring 3dtv in to peoples homes quicker than we think
What it'll do is, it'll make people think twice before buying a wii. In my opinion it'd be ok, I want a wii, oh hang on, for a few/some $ more I can get a HD console, media centre, blu-ray player....it does open up the console to a wider audience for sure

It doesnt matter if ps3 outsold xbox by 99,000 in Japan alone, in north america (world) xbox had its best month ever and outsold the ps3 by 62,000 so there, ner ner ner.
Agreed, and as we always say the double standards in the industry are amazing.
Cod4 was great, cod6 was exactly the same gameplay and I mean exactly - yet do you see the complaints? no, critically acclaimed from most people - double standards at it's best
