Don't know why everyone is ranting about shareplay. Great for a game like Diablo 3. Can't think of many other titles that offer really good couch coop. Its a neat addition (one that has been promised since the console was revealed in feb 2013) but it isn't the 'killer app' you guys all seem to make it out to be
Judging from the comments I assume you are all veteran game devs.
IMO they've all been disappointing. KZ, Shadowfall, InFamous, Knack and DriveClub. InFamous being the best of the bunch and it still was my least favorite Infamous game. Its been a slow start for Sony this gen.
They want to make a game that best represents the setting and are trying to achieve gameplay features that have not been done before. I would argue they are great developers. Anyone pushing innovation should be welcome in the industry
Unless the game releases today it isn't the final build. Day one patches are commonplace for games these days

If its a new Mass Effect then yeah that would stir some controversy. If its a collectors edition then its not gonna be a very big deal.
As I said, I've played with project spark. Have you? Doing something like this isn't easy, particularly because there is no 3D asset creation tool. You can put other assests together but you can't make your own. So yeah, the Sackboy characters are technically impressive

I've played with Project spark quite a bit since the beta launched. This is really impressive.
Unfortunately this has been my take of project spark altogether. Most of the 'games' I've seen have been more about being technically impressive as opposed to actually fun. As time moves on we will see where the community takes this game.
The F2P model is really awful in it as well
