Anyone else wanna speculate on the 15 new exclusives?
Start with what we know for sure
Quantum Break - Remedy (New IP)
Forza - Turn 10
Ryse - Crytek (new IP)
And now the almost guaranteed
Halo 5 - .343
Gears of War in some form
Fable in some form
Kinect Sport 3 is pretty much a lock
Dance Central is probably a lock too
And for the possible
- Cra...
So true, haven't much cared about BC in the past but there are so many great XBLA titles that I would love it if they carried over.
Just looked at the numbers on VGChartz.
77.24 for xbox
77.20 for PS3
Globally
and the 360 has been the highest selling console for the last 22 months so...
What numbers are you looking at??
Sony may match what Live is now. Hard to say if they can compete what Live will become very shortly.
They already said they would be talking about games at E3 so that really only leaves room for half of the stuff this guy is crossing off his list.
IMO will we'll hear primarily about new features, new UI interface, light on the games reveal, Kinect 2.0 will be highlighted but no extensively unless they've really done something special with it and obviously the new controller
What if PSN is not free but Xbox does deliver new IP's?
Yeah like my Niece in Europe. Just because you don't buy into this functionality doesn't mean it isn't useful and used by others.
Hard to say. MSFT is a pretty hugh company with a lot of resources so it is hard to say how 'thin' they are 'spreading' themselves.
Playing heavy rain with the move all around was pretty much terrible.
The light bar.
So far...not impressed at all. If this is Sony's killer app for the PS4 it is gonna be a long up-hill battle. Like I'm really looking at my friends controller when I'm playing a co-op game. Maybe a developer will come up with a useful way to utilize this feature but this is not it.
It would be pretty funny if only a tiny portion of developers implemented the feature at all making the 'share' button essentially useless.
They may be 'able' to do it, but they never would. Google is not interested in selling you hardware, that is secondary. Their main business model revolves around data collection to maximize their profits from ad revenues. They have no interest in releasing a console that they would then have to provide support for for years and years into the future. Are they interested in mining data from gamers?? absolutely but they could accomplish this far more easily by having their OS (andro...
'Aesthetic' implies not functional.
It's pretty great for a simcity game.
This guy actually makes a good point but it would be even worse for Sony to implement some draconian policy towards their developers where all the game needs to be streamable no matter what. Be pretty funny if only a tiny portion of developers choose to utilize the feature making the new 'share' button essentially useless (to someone like me it is already)
If you honestly think streaming features and restrictions are going to sell copies of games than maybe you have a point. Personally I don't ever see that being the case

It's a great service but if you think Sony has implemented this service because they just love their playstation customers so much you are terribly naive. As soon as they announced PS+ it was obvious to me that this Sony's way to lay the ground work so their customers get used to paying monthly subscription fees. There is no way that the Sony execs don't cringe every time they see the posted revenue earnings from XBLG. This quote I pulled from Sony Bossman Yoshida right after t...
Actually there are lots of things that can be done in the cloud that are not latency sensitive. Particle effects like smoke and fog for example as they do not need to be 'synched' to the players action. Some real world physics like water animations or wind animation for the same reason as I stated above. Not to mention the promise of persistent living worlds that continue to live in the cloud even when the player isn't around. Also I think you are underestimating how big of a ...
