you clearly are missing the point entirely. I am not talking about keeping a copy I bought. I am talking about deviding 40 years from now that I want to play don't starve or any other digital game that I don't own. There is no retro shops for a binary code.
As for PT clearly you have never played it, to know the loss that game is on the world to be snuffed from existance. it was an experience that was in a league of its own and only now exists in old lets plays
i don't like digital, i like owning my games, I've held off getting sonic because of the rumor they are working on a physical version.
I'll go digital when there is no other options, like with golf story which I really want too, but wish it was available in physical.
40 years from now you can't go back and get digital if say nintendo disappears, or if they just choose to no longer support it. Best proof of this is the PT demo on PS4. Konami has stricken it ...
The other guy suggested you get a pro controller, I agree. What I don't agree with is saying it is on the "level" of a ps4 controller, it is 100x better than a ps4 controller. It literally was 3 weeks in before I had to charge my controller, compared to having to charge my ps4 one at least once a day. Also it feels perfect in my hand, more so than both the ps4s and xboxs.

Got a switch last month still only have zelda, but will be getting mario+ next week and whenever the physical sonic mania game comes, and golf story comes I'll be getting both of those.
They may not have the quantity of options as the competition but they definitely have the quality. Zelda is one of the best games ever and have about 50 hours in and no where near finishing the game.
Playstation and Nintendo are like a brotherly rivalry but in the end they are both pretty awesome. so to sum up what this pointless article is saying, online sales on one retailer, in ONE country showed the xbox one x selling well.
To state the obvious, the numbers we are comparing are like 40k ps4pros to like 50k preorders for the xbox32x. Not all that impressive when you use your brain and not just fangasm over nothing.
So woopdie doo the xbox has surpassed 50k preorders, is that really all that impressive, I stand to remember the switch selling something like 2million...

"Manufacturing as many as possible" Microsoft is worth 80billion dollars, so it is possible for them, at a 400 dollar cost to manufacture, to manufacture 200 million xbox32x's. clearly they won't be manufacturing more than 2 million, likely only a million due to the extreme lack of sales they've already dealt with this year.

anyone who cares about power already has a pc that can play all the same games and probably is far more powerful than the 1x.
It is a pointless move by a very insecure company. If they were smart they would of done like nintendo, hold off 1 more year and make it MORE powerful and release it as the first 8th gen console with Crackdown Forza and Sea of Thieves as launch titles.
