Of course it matters, you definitely notice it. I played my PS4 the other day 1080p. Went round to friend's house and played 900/720p - felt like dirt in my eyes!
So far, I've seen Fallout 4, ME4, Read Dead 3, a GTA V spin off (i.e. GTA V:[new city]), and Agent mentioned. Really, we have nothing to go by and everyone's just guessing and hoping for the best.
It wont be Shenmue 3; I'm a huge fan of the series and been waiting forever for 3. As much as it pains me, the original 2 werent system sellers, in fact their relative failure caused Sega to fold its consoles. I cant see 3 being a system seller when the gaming landscape has changed so much, which means it'll probably never be made :(
I havent played AC since Brotherhood; just lost interest after the milking and by the sounds of it the story's a mess.
Everyone else is saying one or the other or both, so i'll be awkward and say neither!
As much as i like Shenmue (played it on DC, one of my all time favs - been waiting forever for 3!), I dont think it would be a system seller in the West. It's been so long since 2 that this gen of gamers only know Cod, BF, Halo, KZ etc. The game is so unique in its mechanics I just dont think today's kids would have the patience or interest.
An FF7 remake is pretty much guaranteed at some point, too much money in it for SE for them not to. The sticking point is that since Sony has exlcusive publishing rights in the West, it would be PS4 exclusive, SE want it on all platforms - I think this is stopping the remake.
Football manager - books have been written on how addictive it is.
When FIFA 15 comes out, PS4 will have another week like this. All of Europe waits in anticipation for our football fix.
Arkham City - it's a good game but 96 on Metacritic - above TLOU? Dont think so.
Or, 3rd July, which is a Friday.
Reading through the thread, this is like Skyrim but with robots? Count me in.
How did this site get this info? Looks good.
I always thought that the return to Shadow Moses in MGS4 was a very emotional moment. Lots of memories!
Not COD AW?
I'm a guaranteed buyer, just waiting for the right game to pull the trigger. Probably next year with MGSV.
Be interesting to see the reaction to this vs Titanfall. A team who ditched Activision vs a team who joined them.
To be honest there will eventually be an official remake. The direction the games are currently going are building up to the events of MG1 and MG2:SS.
R u counting standalone sales or bundled sales as well? If it's the latter, then that's not a very good I indication as people may just be picking up the console and it counts as a sale for the game.
Well, Tony Hawks...
